It works well but I gave it 4 stars because occasionally my phone switches from the earpiece back to the phone during calls and I have to reselect the earpiece, but usually it works great. I like the charging case because I know my earpiece will always be charged when I want to use it.

This is a solid product with excellent battery and charging case included. It is a little large for my ear so gets uncomfortable after a while. Also I've had people tell me they hear some interference on occasion. Jury is still out on that so I'll monitor and change my review if necessary

This is my third Plantronics bluetooth headset. Performance has been good to excellent with each version.

Changed over from a Jawbone ICON HD when the device was no longer supported for firmware updates. Began to have issues with the ICON with my iPhone 6 and spotty connectivity. Bought the Plantronics Voyager and have not had any issues to date. Great sound quality and easy to use/update.

Looks at the start the it would be great but it falls short in the the ability to use the charger. It also doesn't pickup you voice like its' brother, the Voyager. Seems to pick up alot of background noise which is bothersome to those on the other end of the call. The talk time doesn't last like the Voyager and seems to run out faster. The ease of use is is good.

This device works very well. Fits well and is stable on my ear with the additional earloop piece.

This is my fourth Plantronics Bluetooth headset and they've all been good, but this one is the best yet. The charging case slips into my pocket when working events so I need not detour from my tasks to recharge it. The range is above average and the audio quality outstanding.

Bluetooth works well for my needs. Has a good battery life and easy to use. Sometimes the sound quality is not great. Also I have had a couple of instances where it transfers back and forth between the phone and Bluetooth during a conversation. Not sure what the cause may be.

Love the chargers ability to charge on the go. Also, its ability to let you know how time is left.

Excellent! The most comfortable I have owned! I love that it is iPad compatible. The charging cradle is great for both car and home. It charges the earpiece quickly--usually two full earpiece charges per cradle charge.

I'm very happy with this Bluetooth. I had the Lg headset and had some issues with the ear plugs.

Love it except it sometimes my phone suddenly jumps back to the iPhone instead of bluetooth

It's not that bad, but doesn't fit in the ear very well. The legend is WAY more comfortable.

This Bluetooth was very easy to pair. The voice is very clear.

My Voyager Edge functions perfectly. The fact that it uses my contact list to give me the name of the person calling is a huge plus. Now I don't have to remember phone numbers to identify an incoming call while driving.

This is by far the best blue tooth that I have ever owned. When and if this one ever dies I will purchase another on just like it. I drive and talk on the phone with my job and the caller announcement is really nice.

I had a little challenge at first learning how to use the ear piece. Now its a snap. I've had a Plantronics bluetooth previous and it lasted forever - (almost) I use it when I walk to listen to music and it's great

This has become one of my favorite tools. I highly recommend it for sound quality, noise cancelation and battery life.

this head works great in the car. my wife uses it in the car and I cannot hear any car noise. The charging case is a nice plus.

As it goes, bluetooths do not last very long. The Voyager Edge lasts longer than most, and delivers excellent sound.
