It can be heard while driving with window down. Plant tonic makes good quality products, but you can't change the batteries so it will date product.

I like the charger base so I can have basically a portable battery. Kinda exspensive but well worth it. Also must be beef flavored cause my dog has eaten 2 of them so far.
