After using a Bose for the last few years, I'm very happy with the Edge.

Like the ability to have a charging station that unplugs rather than just on the device. People hear me clearly. I do have to reset it by turning phone on and off as it gets wonky sometimes.

Great sound quality, great noise canceling, and great battery life.

It will hang on to you ear which allows you to talk with out hands. It's nice that the battery lasts until it's dead. Plug it in an voila it charges itself. No strenuous effort required.

I spent more money than last time on this new product, and it seems to stay in my ear well and generally people hear me better. But the incoming sounds sometimes seems like the speaker is broken in under 30 days so I am back to the store to find out.

Sound is excellent. Fit is comfortable and stays put. Battery life is great.

The sound quality was great as were the many added features. BUT it unknowingly slid itself,out of my ear enough to to,disconnect. Did it too often so I sent it back and went for a Plantronics 500.

Great bluetooth, light weight and easy to use. Long battery life.

We had tried several bluetooth headsets in the past purchased on the cheap from Amazon. I can only say that you get what you pay for. Each of those $20 something items either didn't work as described or would work for a week then quit. We finally decided to get a quality product and this Plantronics headset has been great. It holds a charge, has a good sound both in and out.

I like the noise cancelling and charge-ability of this Fob.

Once connected to my phone or tablet, performs as described. It doesn't always automatically connect to my phone, however, unless I power the phone down and back on. This could be an issue with my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime phone, since connecting to my Samsung Tab 4 tablet (which I do infrequently) hasn't had this issue. The phone searches and doesn't detect the headset. If I go to Settings and click on the headset entry, same issue - not detected. By trial and error, I determined that restarting my phone seems to resolve the issue and lets the phone detect the headset. Once connected, the headset stays connected and works as advertised.

Nice clear voice but not extremely comfortable in my ear. Tried other bud pillows but they aren't comfortable either. Trade off is ease of operation and clarity versus comfort.

Overall it's a good headset. Very good call quality on both ends. However it could be improved with better background and wind cancellation.

This headset works surprisingly well. It is comfortable to wear and doesn't make your voice sound like it's in a tunnel. It pairs seemlessly with both my car and my iPhone.

The ability to connect to multiple devices without having to re-pair is one of the many great features that I love about this device.

Plantronics is an awesome brand. I go this for working from home. Have had trouble with using with my soft phone on my laptop though.

I went from making fun of people wearing those bluetooth ear pieces to being one... Love it! Easy to use & now compliant with nh law.

for the price of this phone headset it drops calls a lot I love Plantronics but it isn't a great headset sometimes the person on the other end cant hear me at all like I am far from the phone and the boom is right near my mouth.
