This bluetooth is good and people says it sounds good. It is not 100% noise cancelling but it blocks out more than the Bose I replaced.

It's lite . Easy charging ! And great notice free ! I love it .

It works great. After my ear adjusted to the piece it is now almost unnoticeable. My only concern is that it drops connection a lot one day, but not at all most days.

I had the Plantronics Legend before this one. I truly like the legend more. This one doesn't have the talk time like the legend and doesn't hold a charge that great either.

It's an overall good device with some the new phones it has a problem of staying connected or with command answer although Plantronics was able to get problem resolved

It does everything that I wanted for my purpose. For all of the different features it has. All of the program in a small device. It performs with great sound clarity.

This is actually my second one. The original one I had worked fine for over a year but stopped connecting to my phone. Thank goodness I purchased the protection.

Clear reception. Not comfortable. Not secure, fell out numerous times and finally lost it. Absolutely would not purchase again.

After only having this device for 2 weeks and very light use, the power switch fell out of the Bluetooth! Although plantronics has sent me a new one for warranty, I am cautious as to how long this switch will stay intact.

I have bpught 3 of these earpieces and love them, they are worth every penny. 2 were gifts and one is mine.

The esrpiece itself is great with the ability to have two phone and voice commands. The portable charger is also excellent!

She loves the thing. Sounds quality is great. She was skeptical about it at first due to it being wireless. It's discrete and she's able to listen to music while on the job or give it to her daughter and let her use the ear piece, which allows her to work in piece. One of the best investments for a multi-tasker.

It's good. They have different size ear plugs which come with it and are great!!

This is the second one, my father uses this everyday , we brought the warranty and was able to get the same one again

Great ear piece. Long lasting and works with Bluetooth watches also. Love the charging case and perfect size for travel

Getting used to it has been a chore. Not sure if I am there yet. I like the convenience of the headset, but find that I am constantly having to recalibrate. Not good when you are trying to get down the road!

Great Bluetooth. Read text messages and announces caller, which is great for safety and those times phones are in pockets/purses. 6 hours of talk time!! & Clarity...Yes

I bought this for my wife. She loves it. My only complaint is that I wish the noise cancelling worked better. It does a good job but I wish it would cut out more noise. It tends to hurt my ear on my Bluetooth with some of the background noise like ice being dispensed, the tv, folding up chip bags, etc, on her end. Now there are times that I can't hear any background noise on her end. This is her second one that I bought her. The first one, the dog wanted to try it out. My dog got frustrated so she ate it. I found out that the warranty does not cover a dog taking a few bites on.
