I love the edge it fits comfortably on my ear and stays in place it doesnt go all the way in the ear and thats what i like and i can still hear clearly

People tell me that this device has excellent microphone sound quality which is a step up from several previous models.

Great piece for a serious user I thought I would have to spend much more for the quality. I am truly satisfied !

Purchased as a gift. The recipient was very pleased with this product. Met and exceeded all of his expectations!!!

I switched from a Jawbone only due to a shortened battery life due to age and the fact that they were no longer making it. This one has a 6 hour talk time, is comfortable to wear and easy to use. My only concern is that it does not feel as secure as my former one (although this one has not fallen out).

My boyfriend was in need of a new blue tooth ear piece, previous ear pieces would sound choppy and would die within hours. He asked me to pick one up and I came across this one and he loves it! It's super clear and you don't have to worry about the background noise being picked up. He loves it!

Good sound quality and picked up my voice great. Problem was the size and the feel of the ear piece. The look and feel were its biggest downfalls

I really liked my old one that finally died. This is the newer version of that one. Would not want any other one.

Wonderful item for use around the house whenever I am home. So easy to use and performs so well. Not one complaint.

This is a ok bluetooth, I have exchanged it over 3 times due to the bluetooth not functioning properly. Callers always complained about they can't understand what I am saying.

Works very well and has great range when just using the ear piece.

My husband uses this and he is a truck driver and it is pretty clear for the most part. It does seem to cancel out most of the background noise.

I have tried many Bluetooth ear pieces and only the Bose has been better than this one. It is loud and people on the other end do not complain about voice distortion. It could be a bit more confortable, since it does take a while to get used to the earpiece that is painful at times.

The noise canceling works really great, it actually plays back my text messages for me while I'm driving just by touching the little button while it's in my ear. Voice dialing works perfect also. When my battery starts to go dead, I just put it back into the holding case. and it recharges for me on the go.

I liked it for a while then it will not stay connected with IPhone 6Plus.

I've been a long time user of Plantronics Blue Tooth devices, an this newest generation is the best by far

I had some problems @ first with headset disconnecting. Called manufacture and was informed to upgrade the firmware. It has been great since the upgrade.
