I like how you can't even tell you have it on its so light in weight. Connects to my phone faster then other blue tooth I've ever used . And I've only ever used plantronics Bluetooths

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried it on after I bought it and it fit loosely in my ear since the spongy material is the only part keeping leverage or pressure against the inside of the ear. Other Bluetooth earpieces tend to have support going around the outside of the ear. For me, It could easily fall out if I made a sudden movement. Maybe it would fit alot better for someone with a smaller ear.

Posted .Thank you for your honest review on our Voyager Edge Bluetooth headset, we recommend that you try all 3 sizes of included ear tips as well as the optional ear loop to see if this makes using the headset more comfortable. If the headset is uncomfortable to wear, feels loose in your ear or just seems like it'll fall regardless of the ear tip size you are using we do recommend trying a headset with a different wearing style. I drive a truck for a living, so I need something that has good noise cancelling and this fills the bill. Great battery life. Very comfortable with three different ear bud sizes plus an over the ear hook if desired.

Typically get about a year of service out of each headset. Recommend getting the replacement plan for heavy use/work. No hassle replacement when I need a new one.

Works well when it connects to my phone

I have difficulty connecting and keeping it connected to my phone. It will randomly switch to my phone or back to ear piece in the middle of conversations. I cannot tell if it is connected until I hear the call coming through my phone. When its connected, it works great.
