It does not detect the fact that I have placed the headset on my ear thus making the senor features unusable. Even with all of the sensor configuration options disabled the Bluetooth headset still uses the "on ear" sensor when determining whether to announce that it has been turned on. Otherwise the headset meets expectations for functionality.

Sometimes does not want to connect

I have to hit the phone button 1 or 2 times and then it will connect. Once connected it stays connected. I recommend this product as it does work, but I might have gotten a defect one.

I've had more frequency of persons asking me to repeat myself. I usually don't have it on; but, when I do (after a few hours) the "talk time" seems to drain 15 minutes for every hour of standby. I have let it drain comepletely but still get the same results. I am still looking for CLEAR information on use of features.

At first, I thought it was time to charge, but that is not the case. It just randomly disconnects. Frustrating when that happens.

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so: 1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices. 2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone. 3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test. If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. Need a new Bluetooth

I bought my first one almost three years ago for $60. It works good but it was time to change it. I been using the new Plantronics for couple of weeks and is working really good. I didn't like this model at the beginning but the quality talks.

Battery life is not as good as specified, will say 2hrs talk time left then shut down 10 min Later! Wish I had purchased the one that sits on back of ear. Charging case is nice and used also as storage.
