Only wish the charger was big enough to leave the behind the ear piece on all the time so i don't have to take it off every time I put it on the holder...or if there was a little compartment on the bottom to put it in would be great! Other than that I love it!

Voice activated features don't always work; 2.) Unit transmits wind, breeze noises, so if it's windy, your party will have trouble hearing you 3.) Battery life is short. You must charge it every day if you're going to use it. It says "talk time 6 hours" on a full charge, but it will last maybe an hour of talk time, broken up throughout the day. 4.) The charging station is super poor design: you must unclip the earpiece to set the unit in the cradle. It's a plastic clip, so I can envision this wearing out over a short time and needing to be replaced. I don't use the charging station, I simply plug a USB type B cord into the unit.

Posted .Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your headset. Usually audio or voice command issues can be fixed by resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset.
To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
This should help issues where the audio doesn't sound as good as it should or when voice commands don't work reliably. This model should give you up to 6 hours of talk time with a fully charged battery. If the audio and voice commands issues persist after resetting the connection or if your unit is not providing you anywhere close to 6 hours of talk time you can request a replacement for your headset following the instructions on this article:

Wind noise is the biggest complaint

I really expected noise suppression to be a lot better, but I have to go to a no/low wind area for the other party to hear me or not be bothered by the wind noise.
