Great headset for calls and music
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned several of the past models and have always loved them, accidentally dropped and stepped on my 975 so I picked up this one. Great with my iPhone 5 for calls and listening to music! Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they changed the earpiece a little (doesn't feel as secure), but I just swapped it with my old one.

Good Headset Light Weight

I bought this one and bought the best buy geek squad replacement warranty. I have owned others like Jawbone and Jabra and they all last about the length of the warranty. So I optioned the 2 year plan. It's cheaper than not getting the plan.

When connected works great

I have experienced similar problems of the device staying connected to Samsung Note 5. It will disconnect in the middle of a call. It will announce a caller and then disconnect once the caller is manually answered.

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.
To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty. I was also disappointed to learn it does not connect to media. Now this may change if you pay for additional services but I think considering the price, it should come with it. I'll go back to my Bose.

Good brand

It would fall off without the ear clip but I would have to take the clip off when charging it. It was hard to keep up with the little clear ear clip because there was nowhere to store the clip.

Poor connectivity and fit

Works Great, but shoddy workmanship
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great Bluetooth headset. I've owned multiple Bluetooth headsets over the years. I've tried many other brands at various price ranges. I've always come back to Plantronics. I've never encountered a Plantronics Bluetooth headset that broke on me, except for this one. First the volume rocker started failing. I started having a hard time to increase the volume. I had to press it in a certain way so I will be able to raise to volume. Finally, the power switch fell off. Now I have to use a thin piece of metal like a small paper clip or a sim tray release tool in order to turn it on. I finally gave up on it and went back to wired headsets.
