It often switches out the media and sometime the Bluetooth when connecting to my galaxy 5s navigation,phone,messaging. I'm happy with my product because it could be due to operator error...the long charge and ability to charge for sometime is nice.

I have purchased many ear buds so I can drive hands free .They don't last The Plantronics Voyager Is by far the best that I have used

I have tried all other Bluetooths this one is lightweight and the clarity is amazing. I would recommend this one to anyone, there's no competition.

Sound quality is very good and it's much louder than my last earpiece. Play with the different ear pieces to find the one that fits best.

I was so happy with mine that I bought a yr plus ago that I decided to buy my son 1. No background noise very clear. Easy to wear.

I really enjoy it. The only thing is I wished you can get more talk time before having to charge it. other then that it is wonderful.

Recently, the Blueant Bluetooth headset I had started failing -- lots of static, and echo. So, I decided to buy a new replacement. It appears that Blueant is not in the market anymore, or at least isn't being carried as a product at Best Buy. I had heard good things about the Plantronics Voyager. The Voyager is a decent product. What I like about is that it provides you with a portable charger. However, the quality of the audio isn't great ... it's okay. For the price point, I was disappointed. There are other Bluetooth headsets available at a 1/3 of the price that provide just as good, if not better, audio quality.

The Plantronics Voyager Edge Bluetooth Headset is very easy to setup and use. The call sound quality and battery life is great.

I initially had connection problems because I wear hearing aids that were causing the auto sensor to disconnect the unit even when I was wearing it. Since I disabled the auto connect, it now stays connected. That feature sounds like it would be a welcome bonus to the normal user.

Bought this Bluetooth for my husband as he works outside and is never able to hold onto his phone for long. He loves it, the waterproof feature is great, the distance between where he is and where his phone is, is great. Overall great Bluetooth to have if you work outdoors.

I replaced a non functioning legend with this headset. sounds the same, little less battery life, but that's ok, it's smaller and lighter.

Excellent clarity. I also have a bose bluetooth and love this new voyger edge. It has plenty of volume and is user friendly.

This is the 3rd or 4th plantronics voyager I've owned. The charging port/carry case is a very nice feature with this newer model. Only problem I've had is that I use the bluetooth constantly and must replace after about a year. That seems to be the standard life of this model.

I've owned a lot of bluetooth headsets in my lifetime and this one was OK......at best. The audio quality was good, but I kept losing the bluetooth connection-----so I took it back.

Great little headset. Recognizes voice to answer, holds a charge well. Portable charger is handy. Good reception.

it did not fit very well in my ear, it was too big to fit and could not find anything to make the fit more comfortable.

Great reception distance with the unit and the caller in the other end can hear very clearly in every environment that I have been in.
