Had to return the first one because the connection to the iPhone kept dropping, especially when I put the iPhone in my pocket. So I just exchanged it for a new one hoping maybe it was just a bad earpiece. The new one does the exact same thing. This is sad, because the voice quality is really good, but it doesn't help if the connection keeps dropping. Going to return the second one, also. Currently using a different Plantronics bluetooth earpiece with no problem. Don't waste your time with this item. Would have given only one star, but the voice quality is good....when the connection exists.

Boy was I wrong the static I hear while I'm talking makes it hard to concentrate on the conversation. Also it keeps turning itself off and on while I'm using it.

THE EARBUDS SIZE PLAY A BIG ROLE IN IT AND BE SURE TO KNOW WHAT WILL SUIT YOU BEFORE YOU TAKE IT TO OFFICE FOR A CALLS FOR ENTIRE DAY AND NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT.

Could no longer find the same quality in Jawbone products and decided to go with this one from Plantronics. Satisfied, but still not as good as the older Jawbone noise cancellation.
