This model does have a call control button which gives you call answer/end capabilities. Issues with audio, range or the call dropping back to the phone may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. I start the call on the blue tooth and then it's gone and I hear them on the phone. I have had no less then 30 ear pieces over the years and always an Iphone. This is the only one to even do that. I took i back and exchanged it and still the same thing, updated and still happens. Too bad cause it really is the best ever except for the dropping.

Works OK if you can get it to fit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This headset has a feature that when you remove it from your ear the audio automatically transfers to the phone ....well what happens is if you lay down somewhere or lean back sometimes it thinks you have removed the headset from your ear and mid-conversation will transfer the audio to the phone ......very inconvenient. I'm still trying to figure out how to remedy this. Maybe Plantronics will have a fix. Other than that it's a great headset with lots of good features. I use two phones and it goes in between them seamlessly.

Once in a while it gets confused as to whether it's in your ear or not. You have to cycle the power with it in your ear. Or you can turn the feature off.
