I had more complaints the second I started using it. Sounds like you are down a hallway or it sounds like you have alot of people around you can you tell them to pipe down? Didn't take me too long to realize that I made a mistake. Lost the receipt so I didn't return it. Sits in my drawer collecting dust. Stick with the plantronics Legend it is by far the best bluetooth on the market.. Trust me I use bluetooths all the time
