Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.
To do so:
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.
If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if it's on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty. However the fact that it is so small it is very sensitive to touch and very easy to hang up by accident when trying to adjust it on your ear. Also sometimes it is hard to hear on if you are not in a very quiet location. Sometimes I am told that it doesn't cut out back ground noise as well as it claims

So the search began. Found this Voyager Edge by Plantronics and VERY happy about my purchase. It fits well in the ear (as did the Bose) and sounds great. I love that it accesses my contacts and speaks them out to me when I receive calls. Light weight as well. And the charge on it is great. Lasts longer than the Bose.

This does not always work. It will even show that the it is connected on the phone, but it actually is not.

It does stay in my ear comfortably and doesn't fall out like the other reviewers were saying. The only problem is constantly having to charge it. I'm always on the go so its very inconvenient. Yes it has the portable charger but its not the bluetooth for a working person on the go

Great in-ear earbud
