    This is a very smart bluetooth, you can hear everyone so clear. It will ask you if you want to answer & when you finish it hangs up. Very up to date can't complain. Love it.

    Best ever bluetooth I purchase in years. Has caller ID w/call answer features. Don't have to worry about the little one trying to pull on cables either.

    at first it worked excellent...

    In the beginning it worked as it should have...I love the caller announcement on incoming calls. But for whatever reason it stopped working. Even tech support at Plantronics couldn't help me.

      That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue.

      To do so:
      1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
      2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
      3. Re-pair the headset with your phone and test.

      If the issue is the same we recommend testing the device with another phone to determine if its on the phone or headset. If the issue persists even on a different phone we can replace that device, it comes with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. You can use the following url to view our replacement steps:

    I bought this on dec 12, 2014 and as of today jan 16th 2015, the headset has stopped charging. I try to charge by itself or on the dock..no luck. I then try to update firmware, but obviously it needs 50%battery life that I don't have...what a disappointment.

    I had to get used to the ear piece and at first it hurt but after use and switching ears I've gotten used to it. I love the appearance of the piece and I've never been told that I can't be heard. I wish that the volume was louder but otherwise it is great.
