The on/off switch is situated in a place that's tough to get to when the unit is in your ear. And I couldn't find a "bud" that fit in a way that this device didn't fall out of my ear when I turned my head. Further, the mike is tilted out away from my face so sometimes it didn't pick up quieter tones. Buy the larger device; it's so much better.

Posted .That may be an issue with the headset or with the connection between the headset and phone. You might want to try resetting the Bluetooth connection between your phone and headset to see if that helps the issue. To do so,
1. Delete the headset from your cell phone's list of paired devices.
2. Once deleted, power your phone completely off, then power it back on. This resets the Bluetooth stack in the Bluetooth software on the phone.
3. Re-pair the headset with your phone. and test.

Static, was told I sounded like I was in a fish bowl. Went back to a $35 one. Gave the "good" one to my husband...he went back to a $35 one
