This unit is everything I hoped it would be. Only think is that the ear buds I feel aren't really sealing that well however this quality clear sounding product that you can voice-interact with takes the work out of the features you'd normally do with your fingers which is awesome. Bravo Plantronics, thank you !

Purchased for my wife for Christmas. Works well with glasses, light weight, and very easy to set up. Battery life in base is very good. Recommended product

Like the battery life! Also, great sound quality on both sides. Expensive, but worth the investment if you want to hear and be clearly heard.

I am a really big bluetooth guy. Was on the Era and the Motorola Whisper before this, and never really had any complaints, just felt ready for an upgrade. Kinda wish I had stayed with the Whisper. This unit has really good quality when it works right. I am on a Samsung S5 and it continually disconnects as soon as a person calls or when a call is made at random times, and has to be just connected and disconnected from a charger to correct this. No idea, but am on the second unit with the exact same effect. Never had this problem with any others. Good battery life.

I use this to speak with clients all day as I work in the field and am usually working with both hands. Before using I tested with family/friends. Everyone said it sounded like I was talking directly from the phone. Very clear...which is what is most important to me. Comfort is good as I use the larger outer clip as well as the inner (can't afford to lose it in the field). Love the fact that it allows you to voice command incoming and outgoing calls ("answer" or "ignore"). Software that comes with it is cool. Comes with find my headset feature in case you lose it. My only little gripe to plantronics is the charger won't work with the bigger clip. I have to remove each time I charge.

Clear quality, charge lasts a long time, great for those that travel a lot for work and have a lot of conference calls to participate in.

Very comfortable, Love the charger base. Clarity and all functions of my legend are there. Bad: it disconnects and reconnects repeatedly on my S4 and my brand new Note5. Very frustrating. Praying phone updates clear this problem up.

I love it sounds nice and clear. Very controuble nice slim look. Has a portable charging case in case u no where an near an outlet and it dies

I am very pleased with the product. It is very comfortable and has excellent sound. A little expensive but it does what it is supposed to.

When you are wearing this device sometimes you can forget it is in your ear. I gave it only 4 stars because the instructions are not all that helpful. Had to google the connection issues I was experiencing to locate the answer. Now it works well, with good connection and clear vocals.

These headphones have wonderful clarity. The fit was average. I have a hard time keeping them in my ear (even with changing the ear bud). The only other issue is with the location of the buttons. You can easily hang up on someone if you are not careful. Great features with the head set.

Prob one of the best bluetooths out there. Always liked the Bose one but it was discontinued. Has a charging case w it as well. Haven't had any complaints yet firm other people while I'm using it. I recommend this product.

I really like this headset. It is comfortable, light and attractive. My party on the other end has no complaints about call quality. The only small complaint I have is it could be just a tad bit louder on my end. But I also take into consideration that I work in a noisy environment. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints with my purchase.

Great sound and noise reduction. Best part is battery life with the charger / case. Hands down the best Bluetooth out there.

I can wear it comfortably all day, though it took a few days for my ear to get used to it. Like breaking in a new pair of shoes. People hear me clearly, the device holds a charge well, I can wear it in the rain without worrying about it getting damaged. The only complaint I really have, which is why I gave it 4 stars, is for the fact that Siri can't understand me well enough to send a text without having to repeat myself multiple times. It can make things kind of dicey while I'm trying to drive. Understandably, since people don't have a problem hearing me, it could just be an issue with my phone.

Great product if you don't have to make phone calls a lot . Its clear and sounds great when listening or answering phone calls. My only complaint is... It only last for about 5-6 hrs. And for the money that paid for it, i should be able to talk on it for a lot more hrs.

I say my 27th shot because I have tried many different Bluetooth headsets (more then 7 and less than 100- a bit facetious) and they have all met with an unceremonious ending. I believe the Edge is going to be different. Why? Sound quality and clarity are excellent. People generally do not know I am using a headset versus talking into the phone directly and it comes with the charging case which doubles as a protective storage piece as well. Great sound quality, the change over to micro USB charger was a nice touch on Plantronics side. Comfortable and clear

but.....................the ear piece drops off from being connected to my iPhone6. It drops off consistently but even more so it seems, when the battery on the ear piece is low. It is annoying and it happens right after dialing, then less frequently during conversations.
