Quality of talk is mostly good. Device looses connection with the phone at most inconvenient times. Following voice command to answer the earpiece disconnects. Not good. If that's fixed earpiece would be perfect.

Great sound quality on both sides. Super comfortable. I Like the portable charging station for a quick charge on the go.

I got this because I only have a cell phone and wanted to be able to talk and use both hands at the same time, and also didn't want my face hitting the 'end' button. Very comfortable to wear and no one has even mentioned that I sound like I am on a hands-free device.

I have been a Voyager Plantronics owner for years. I have lost at least two of them and replaced them with the same without a doubt. I even bought one for my mom for her birthday. She loves it. The only thing I would say is that on this newest version the little clear part that goes in the ridge of your ear tends to bother me where I couldn't wear it more than 30 minutes at a time (the old one didn't have that). I just went ahead and cut that out with a dull knife and it works just fine now. In fact I could be wearing it for hours and not noticing that I have it on my ear. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants to go hands free while on the phone, especially in the car. Oh, did I mention that sound quality is great...? Nope I don't own anything nor do I work for this co :) I'm just a happy customer

The draw back for me is that the unit is bulky and the boom is a little to long. But the battery life is excellent !

This is great and love the case that will also charge it 3 more times. My negative Is that you seem to have to recalibrate it every so often as it will start chopping your voice up on phone calls.

Overall, I really enjoy this bluetooth headset. I owned the plantronics voyager legend previously, and this has similar sound quality. The voice activation feature is a big safety improvement, and it works well. The smaller profile is a better look, but I find the earpiece shifts in my ear and isn't as comfortable. I've tried to switch out the earpieces provided, but none of them are quite the right fit. The plastic over-ear piece is way too small. If I could have these features in the legend's profile, I'd have an ideal bluetooth headset, but if I had to choose, the edge's features win out.

I've used earlier versions of this headset so Had an idea of what I was getting. One very useful addition is a regular on-off switch which replaces the old press-and-hold one. The sound quality is good but the noise-cancelling is just ok, same as the last one.

It's light rand the carrier charger is a new bonus but still no way to charge if charger goes out or is bad. The fitting supplied are still to ridged and cause blisters if used for a prolonged period of time.

Been using this unit for a few weeks now with my iPhone primarily for long customer calls and conference calls. Unit itself runs a long time, and the charge base is great for a quick top up charge.

I would recommend this Bluetooth. It is comfortable and light weight and you forget it's even in your ear.

Sound is very clear and u can easily charge.battery life is awesome and I like it very useful as a trucker..

Its light weight and fits perfectly in either ear.The range is awesome! I can go two days without charging it.

This product has been working well for me wince it was purchased about 30 days ago. I like that is has a charger case as I have never ran out of power. I charge the case every week or so when the blue light indicator drops to 1 out of 3 lights.

Comfortable to wear and has great sound quality. Also has great noise reductions. Works great with my IPhone 6plus. Love that it announces the caller so I never have to even look at my phone.

This product is great. Sound is great and keeps a charge. No background noise. I would recommend to anyone.

I have the iPhone 6 plus and this head set works great with it. Talk time is about 6 hours and the Charging case is just awesome for protecting the headset and getting more talk time. The PLT HUB APP is great for changing settings on the phone... The Head Set is easy to pair and is packed with features. The Head Set is also comfortable... in fact I forgot it was in my ear on several occasions ... I almost got in the shower with it the other day.

Great noise canceling and clear sound. Fits nicely and the charging case is fantastic. Worth the price!

I love all of it's capabilities, clear audio, and sensitive mic. Especially like the carrier that seconds as a charger. Kind of bulky.
