This by far is the best Bluetooth Earpiece that I've owned. No background noise, clarity is unbelievable. It's comfortable and you don't even notice it's there. The battery life is also amazing.

I have been using this particular headset for about 2 years. The sound is great, people don't have any issue hearing me, I don't have any issues hearing other people, unless they are on a low quality headset, their issue not mine. The buttons are located in good spots. I have noticed when using voice commands to answer/ignore calls it can be picky. Sometimes it hears a whisper in a noisy room, sometimes I have to yell in a quiet parking lot. I use it to control my phone, Samsung Note 3, and it works great, but you have to turn the music down. I have replaced this three times. Once because I dropped it in a puddle. Had to buy a new one, got insurance this time. The second because the rubber on the earpiece cracked. The third because the mic stopped working and people could not hear me. I abuse this piece. I use it for work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week and only take it off when it is slow. I generally charge it every other day with about half a day charge remaining. My one issue is that it only has a magnetic charger, no micro usb charger. It it proprietary. you can buy separate chargers, even a micro usb adapter, from amazon as best buy does not sell them. They are cheap. I would like the price to drop as it is an older device and the charging cable is annoying.

Another typically excellent Plantronics headset. Excellent sound quality, battery life and ease of use. Comfortable fit and easy to put on and take off. The only drawback is the 6" long charging cable. O well, can't have it all.

The Voyager Legend lives up to its name as far as the quality of what the people I'm talking to hear on the other end of the phone, but I notice a crackling or inconsistent connection on my end. It's not consistent and seems to come and go, but after questioning some of my co-workers and asking them to be honest, they've told me repeatedly, that my voice always sound crisp and clear. As far as design and overall functionality, I think I still like my Voyager Edge a little better. It's got a smaller footprint, feels better overall when it's in my ear and has never failed me in terms of what I hear on the other end of the call and vice versa.

I work outside 12-16 hours a day and I'm on the phone while working. Battery lasts a long time and has great wind and background noise canceling. Charges fast and is very comfortable to wear. Hands free answer/decline works great.

Great quality for both sides of a call. Charges quickly. Easy to use. Remaining talk time feature is great. Mute button can be engaged accidentally when adjusting microphone. Comfortable to wear. Range of reception is adequate.

This headset handshakes well with my iPhone - it's actually pretty easy to set up. Sound quality of the receiver is excellent and I never have an issue with with that. I also never have an issue with the headset lasting all day - this is important because I am on the phone several hours each day. My only issue with this headset has to do with voice transmission quality - sometimes the person I'm talking to has a hard time understanding me. This is sporadic – it happens as much (or less) as people not knowing that I am on a headset at all. Also - this is pretty minor but I wish they kept the old USB style charger.

Paired with a Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note Edge. I'm a financial advisor and since I'm on the road a lot call quality and noise cancellation are most important. Call quality on both ends is fine. Nice broad sound spectrum and volume. Comfortable to wear all day long if you're into that, but easily folds up to fit in your pocket. Motion features work OK but sometimes glitchy. Noise cancellation will probably be acceptable for most but 3.5 out of 5.0 for me. I look for Blue Parrot or TheBoom quality noise cancellation. Not a complete deal breaker for me, I keep this headset around as a backup.

Not a bad headset with tons of intelligence

I have long been a Plantronics fan. I have used their headsets for work for over 14 years. I have always been pleased with their quality and ability to handle daily abuse. I have had a corded headset for my old Nokia Brick phone I used a lot. The Plantronics Discovery 655 was a nice headset, fell out of my ear often and a hot sweaty day killed it for good. Next was a pair of Voyager Pro+ headsets. My absolute favorite Plantronics headset. Amazing call quality and battery life. Unfortunately it found itself swimming in the washing machine. My wife reluctantly let me use hers until I picked up a Voyager Legend. The intelligence of this thing is awesome. Voice control on headset, pickup headset to answer, and the headset locator is incredible! It is also sweat resistant! That is a huge plus with the hot Texas days. I wish it was louder when listening to Netflix. Calls are nice and loud and so is Amazon Prime Music. Not sure what the deal is. My Voyager Pro+ was incredibly loud with all types of media, including Netflix. Anyway, definitely a keeper, and I really wish they would develop more 3d aware apps, or any for that matter. It has gyros built in that I have seen developers use for augmented reality. It is fantastic, but they won't let us users play with it. The demo I saw was using street view from google maps, for head tracking. Where you were looking the display on your device would match it. Super Cool!

I've been using the voyager for over six weeks now. I've had no issues with it. Its plenty loud enough, sometimes need to turn it down. Fits comfortably on my ear. Comes with 3 sizes of ear buds which is great because I have small ears and needed the smallest ear bud. I have a mobile business and it helps me stay productive by allowing hands free use of my phone while I'm driving or working. I'm so used to wearing it I never take it off. Its become weird to hold my phone up to my head now. Gives me 7 hours of talk time, although I haven't timed it. But easily lasts me all day before it needs recharge. Sometimes I can get two days of use. I've tried and returned several headsets and this one is a keeper.

I hesitated to by a short boom headset, as I work outside. I was very pleased by the clarity of this headset. My callers have all reported clear voice with very little background noise. And as a bonus, the voice command features built into the headset work well with the android phone system. I'm getting a good 6 hours of use on a charge and a solid connection to the phone. The only drawback is the proprietary charge port. Would have prefered the standard micro-usb, but one does not get everything.

This is a great headset for a cell phone. It fits comfortably over the ear and the sound quality is excellent. The only problem I had with it is that I thought it connected with my ShoreTel phone, but I bought the wrong version. Consumer error on my part, so be advised: If you want to use this device for your cell phone and ShoreTel office phone, make sure your buy the Plantronics Voyager Legend CS.

I have a home office and frequently spend as much as 6 hours a day on the phone. The Voyager is comfortable to wear, easy to put on and off, and, most importantly, has great battery life. In daily use, a Voyager will provide a battery talk time of 6-7 hours until the unit is well over a year old. I should mention that the sound quality is also excellent. I also like the magnetic charger coupling as I can connect/disconnect from the charger with one hand.

After using Motorola and Jawbone bluetooth headsets I was only partially satisfied with the experience. They were useful and convenient but fragile and temperamental. They broke. This Plantronics product appeared cumbersome to me but it is the most comfortable headset I've ever had. It "paired" immediately with my iPhone 6 plus. The controls are easily accessible and the battery lasts for hours. On sale at Best Buy so it was a "steal".

This is amazing versatile headset. I originally bought it to work with my iPhone. I also use it with my iPad for dictation and have recently purchased the CS base to work with my desk phone. one of the better headsets that i have used. the main thing for me is that the other person can hear me. so far, this headset had worked pretty well in that regard. like most headsets, however, wind noise can affect that ability -- though that is not to be unexpected. it is irritating, though, that they used a proprietray charger connection with this instead of a mini usb one, like in my last plantronics headset.
