Only fault Id give this Bluetooth is that if it ever gets the slightest hint of moisture on the mic boom, the voice heard on the other end of the conversation becomes distorted and hard to hear. I'm in Portland so I end up replacing it every six months or so

Easy to use, good quality talk time and battery life.

Better than average listening quality after a little experimentation to get the best earpiece fit but excellent outbound voice quality. Both hold up in noisy environments. Sturdy construction and very good talk time on a single charge. Added bonus are some features like direct connect to Siri and answer/ignore call requests.

This headset provides clear sound even in a crowded environment or on the road. It fits comfortably over the ear and can be worn for significant amounts of time without chafing the skin.

I have had it for about two months now and have enjoyed it. Feels comfortable, gives me about 7 hours of battery life (estimate), easy to use buttons and paired up easily with my iPhone 5. Would recommend it.

I love this product, the sound quality is fantastic

For the most part I am very satisfied with this device. The only problem I have is that from time to time the calls disconnect from the bluetooth devie and jump to my cell phone. I therefore think that I have lost the call. this is NOT good whrn I am driving.

This Bluetooth works for what it was created for. On occasion, there will be some gurgling sounds in terms of reception. The one thing that is a bit bothersome is the quick battery life. It definitely doesn't give the advertised battery life time.

Got this little beastie on sale at a gotta have it price. Works better than any other Bluetooth ever... I really wish the foam on the ear piece was more durable though. Mine is gone and I have seen other people that also don't have it on.

This product was purchased to replace a Bluetooth, this product is great and the sound quality is awesome. I would by this product again and again. It is also comfortable for long term wearing.

Great for a month then the audio would not transfer to the headset. I'm hoping it's just a minor flaw because I love the ease of use, it fits well and I don't even notice I'm wearing it.

So far my experience using it with my phone and through my laptop for video and audio conferencing has been great!. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a mobile solution to work with both the phone and laptop. I am using it on Apple products for both the phone and laptop.

Needed a hands free device since Illinois passed a law reguiring it. This product was recommended by the sales associate and it turned out to be perfect. It was easy to set up with my Iphone and I use it everyday. I have never run out of charge which is great since I am in my car quite often.

I bought this headset after putting my old Plantronics through the washer AND dryer. I decided to go with a headset with a boom mic and I'm glad I did. I mainly use the headset at home and in the car and nobody ever has any complaints with sound quality (except when the mic viers away from my face a little bit). I never have a problem hearing the person on the other line and it's very easy to answer calls and adjust the volume. My only complaint is that when walking outside you (me while wearing it) can hear a bit of wind noise (not sure if the person on the other line can hear it or not, haven't asked). But other than that I'm very happy with it!!

Having gone through all of the brands on the market I find Plantronics to be the best. Sound quality is great & rarely do people have trouble understanding me. Wearing comfort is the best as I wear it 12 or 14 hours a day. Like other Plantronics products It occasionally auto disconnects from the phone only to reconnect moments later. Updating does not help. I have noticed when this happens I am in the vacinity of other Blue Tooth products & this may be the cause. Although annoying it is not enough to sway me to other brands.

I do really love the device. It fits in my ear, so I can hear clearly. Good noise suppression and very good battery life. It has a proprietary charge cable, which isn't preferred, but I bought the little case that has a battery for an emergency charge, as well as a micro USB. If I down load my address book, it does allow voice dial on my HTC Android phone. This is a good feature. Can also answer the phone hands free. The only downside is the price. I will lose these things eventually, it's another 100 bucks to replace it.
