While the boom mic feature works well, the headset disconnects from my iPhone 5 as a call is being made. It then reconnects a couple of minutes into the call. The replacement one does the same thing. A lower model Plantronics headset I previously had does not do this, but it does not have a boom mic, whence the reason for purchasing the new one.

The Legend Bluetooth headset is great. It fits easily on either ear and it's very comfortable. You forget you have it on. I was unsure of which brand to purchase at first but I'm glad I chose this one. It tells you how much time is remaining before charging, announces callers, places calls with voice commands and ends calls all from the headset.

Bought as a gift for my son. He loves it! Easy to set up, and no problems. Love the voice command option. He's used it so much I need to get replacement earpeace covers.

I can't be without it now! Got so used to not holding a phone to my face.... So people think I'm talking to myself but who cares! Whole family has one, great for driving!

Hands free is a must in my work and I have tried every Blue Tooth out there. This is the only one that gives me great sound coming in and great sound to the other caller. I never hear complaints that I can't be heard. The magnetic charger feature makes it easy to charge, but don't put the earpiece in your pocket with credit cards or hotel keys as it will de-magnetize them. Simply a great product and I will buy no other.

My husband wanted/ needed a Bluetooth ear piece that could hook up to both his work cell phone and his personal cell phone. This ear piece made his life a lot easier.

I like it good product I just don't like how the description says you can see the battery level on you phone and that is a lie

Excellent clarity, but not 100% compatible with my Samsung Galaxy phone. I have to push the little button on the back of the thing twice and then go through the series of three beeps (twice) in the earpiece before it will let me tell it to "Call John X." Annoying. Other than that, an excellent item. Recommended to several co-workers...

When my old Bluetooth died I was looking for something that would be easy to use and at a fair price. The Plantrinics Viyager was all that and more. I am very pleased.

This headset has clear sound both in receiving and in outgoing talk. It allows the user to press a button to give commands or in receiving calls. It streams audio from your library, and, for a mono experience, sounds quite good. The long microphone stick seems a bit inconvenient but easily rotates upward, when not in use. I considered many others and chose this one, given the features, price and easy operation.

I'm somewhat of a Bluetooth junkie. I go through them like people change underwear. That was until I purchased this Bluetooth. I'll be keeping this one for a while.

This is my third bluetooth device in 2 years. I found that my last two either hurt the inside of my ear where the earpiece was or it hurt the back of my ear where the arm held it on my ear. I put this one on me and could not tell it was there! This is the best earpiece I have had yet, and I am very glad that I made the purchase.

This headset works great! It linked to my two phones no problem. I can use it for my work phone and personal phone at the same time! It does exactly what I wanted!
