My only issue is that on a few times that an incoming call would sound like it was coming from inside a tin can, as if one were talking in a very large room with a very prominent echo.

The only problem is it does not take much to get static in it if it is in a shirt pocket or pants pocket. Talked with Plantronics and it did a firmware update that has help ever so slightly..

My husband is a chef and it's very noisy where he works. I can hear him very clear and the cushion on this ear piece is very comfortable for him to wear for long periods of time.

I drive alot and this makes talking easy and safe. the battery life is quite long and does not take long to charge. the noise blocking features work great! I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a Bluetooth!
