Some days it is more comfortable than others, I just have to play around with it to make it feel right. I do like the voice controls on it, however I don't like the specialized charging port. Wish it used a microUSB port instead.

I bounce around alot during work. Getting up and down is not a issue with this unit. But wearing it wile tilting my head for a while, it does fall out on occasion. Also the USb charger interface, the cable is short and the actual plug in is just a magnet. The earpiece just sits on the contacts of the charger plug. It does not have a actual USB plug in to the earpiece. But does work so far
