It has glaring one weakness that Plantronics has failed to correct and that is that the area between the battery and the ear piece ALWAYS breaks or tears. It just happens after a period of time, but I always purchase the Best Buy warranty and they have always made the replacement quick and painless. Yeah Geek Squad!
