great clarity, versatile

This is the first unit that has performed flawlessly from the beginning. The only thing I would change is a universal USB charging system and a longer operating range. The best part is the awesome swivel ability to convert left to right ear without problem. otherwise awesome unit : )

Really nice headset

However, I bought the Plantronics and I've been very pleased with it. People I talk to don't realize I'm on a headset. Only problem I have, occasionally, is that there will be some minor distortion. Doesn't seem to last long.

I like plantronics products.

I haven't figured out how to make it dial my contacts. I have to yell, "answer" for it to answer my incoming call. What I hate is that the cord is too short.
