I am somewhat disappointed with this product. I expected better performance than which I have received. There is a lot of echo/feedback, static, and noise reduction feature is really poor.

I looked for the best Bluetooth on the market. Clarity is a must, otherwise what's the point in a Bluetooth earpiece. Plantronic delivers. If you're going to invest in a Bluetooth earpiece and don't consider this you're not researching too good.

Best value for the money. We purchase this type for our employees to use while in our service trucks. We have tried many different brands and always come back to this model because others just don't measure up!

Has been great only problem I have had is not being able to update on my computer. I installed the driver but computer won't recognize it.

I drive a truck for a living and this Bluetooth device allows me to communicate hands free and the noise suppressor is great to allow me to hear above the noise level inside my truck

I was able to set it up and use it immediately on my Galaxy S5. The unit will slip off the charger because the charger has a very short chord and uses a magnet to hold to charger.

Over the years I have had many different Bluetooth devices and this is by far the best I have ever owned. This is my third or fourth Voyager and I am still happy with the design and operation. I highly recommend the Voyager!!

I bought this item for my father because he is a truck driver(always noisy) and I must say that the noise control is awesome! I can hear him clearly while he's on the road!

Ive used this headset for the past 4 years and I have bought others more expensive, and the voyager its way better in every category. I keep buying it year after year....its the most reliable.

The product does just what it says it's waterproof and works great I went through manyof your pieces because I work outside and sweat and they short out and malfunction.I am highly satisfied with this product!

the earpiece is none adjustable, it fits snug around you ear for a couple of days. In a few days you find that it is looser fitting and not the snug fit when it was first purchased, rather clumsy. It was returned with receipt in hand and could not get a full refund, the store has policy to have in store credit...this sucks I wanted my refund so that I could use it to locate and purchase a different type of bluetooth for my cell phone and for a less expensive price should I say the least.

I took a chance at this blue tooth but the picture on the box made the unit seem smaller than it really was. Putting this particular unit on was cumbersome and not quick and easy like a blue tooth headset should be. Returned this item.

I purchased the product but the Bluetooth was not for me. I wear glasses and I couldn't comfortably wear the ear piece due to it being bulky and hard to wear.

The sound quality is great. I have had several of these. The newer model is better though.

I take long trips and I can wear this the whole trip & it doesn't hurt my ear. Great sound and like how you can answer by saying one word and it tells you who is calling so you can decide to take the call.

The product itself is great, the only thing that would make it better is the weight of the product after a while of carrying it, it does kind it bother you a little but other than that it is awesome

Bought this for my fiance. He loves it. He can listen to his music while at work and it has voice control so when getting a call he can just say whether or not he wants to accept call or reject it.

I had this product for a long time and I repurchased it again. I dropped the last one I had and I should of gotten the warranty. I recommend this item.

I purchased this item after seeing all good reviews. However, the one that I got does not hold the charge. When i fully charge, it say there is a 7 hour talk time. after using nearly just 1 hour, it drops to just 3 hours, or even some time less than 2 hours. I am still within the 14 day return period.. and this item is going back. will try a different one.
