    Hated this and returned it immediately. Had poor reception, poor call quality and just wouldn't stay connected! Found a cheaper and far superior product to replace it with.

    I purchased for the great ratings and noise cancellation abilities. Hiwever, the headset had to be returned in a single day since it would not update from the website. I called customer service and they said to return for a replacement. The next day I relaced with no issues at BestBuy however the new unit would not let people hear me. I adjusted, restarted etc but to no affect. No one could hear me. I am using a iphone6 and tried the headset with other phones with all working the same way. I was very disappointed with the product. FYI, I switched back to my Bose headset that while more expensive, works great.

    FOR SOFT SPOKEN PEOPLE ITS NOT A GOOD ITEM. PERSON ON THE OTHER END CANT HEAR THEM. TOO MUCH BACK GROUND NOISE AND FEQUENTLY BREAKS OR IS IN NEED OF REPAIR. SOMETIMES RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX
