    Sounds great, light weight, multi-functions...

I had recently purchased the Jawbone Icon HD which at first was great but then noticed it keps slidding down my jaw line to point downwards. That was a problem as it only works best when touching jaw line and facing mouth and I had to keep using cheap ear hook that always fell off and over all felt cheap to me. So I got this awesome headdset that fits so naturally over ear and in ear for great support. It is also very light weight and comfortable that you won't feel it. Not to mention that it doesn't move once it's on unless you move it. I love how professional it looks with sleek boom arm. I also liked that I could control volume from rocker behind ear and mute calls or pause music as well as answer and hang up calls from the function buttons it has on device. But you won't even have to press anything if you want to answer or hang up just say so and it does it. I like how it colapses/ folds to make it self flat and fits nicely into my jacket pocket or shirt chest pocket with out being bulky. Sound quality is great and i'm able to control it from device and from phone for extra loudness unlike Jawbone. I was able to hear clearly and was heard clearly as well. The magnetic 6 inch charging cord is awesome unique and great for travel. I don't have to do anything except plug it into my computer/laptop or car when charge needed. I first thought this would be a problem as all my devices use micro USB. But because it is short and easy to travel with all I really need is USB port to plug into. The battery life is amazing with 7 hours talk time and days on stand by vs the Icon HD only had 4 and it would die very fast. I have the Galaxy S3 and it works great with it. This is a must have for awesome design, look, feel, stability, and for those to travel a lot as I do.

Superior Noise-Cancelling on Car Exhaust Drone

    Posted .

Car enthusiasts, this is the Bluetooth headset for you. I'm serious. I have a 2007 Corvette C6 with full B&B exhaust (headers, no cats and exhaust). It drones. Bad. Really bad. Its a beautiful drone, really, but no one can hear me on my cell phone. I've tried a few products without any luck. Samsung Galaxy S3 Mic? Nope. Motorola S305? Nope. Jabra Headset? Nope. So, I ventured into Best Buy came across this Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth Headset. Alright, I decide, let's try this set out and then return it when it doesn't work. That's what we use Best Buy for, right? Well, much to my surprise, it actually worked! Not only could I hear the caller, but the caller could also hear me. Seriously, a piece of technology that claims it cancels out background noise actually worked. It even cancels out the Radar Detector blips, the 7k RPM pulls and everything else you can throw at it. I honestly couldn't hardly hear myself talking, but my caller could hear me loud and clear and I could hear them. Amazing! It's a nice little head set really. It's really hard (read impossible) to look cool wearing a Bluetooth headset, but this one is surprisingly sleek looking. The LED on the back is not too bright so as not to make you look like a walking notification. It has a Siri like voice that will read to you who's calling. It understands a few simple voice commands and will tell you the estimated talk time left on the unit. There's three different sized ear buds to make sure this fits snug in your ear. It blocks out most of the ambient noise (see above). I walked out the door paying less than $80 after Best Buy price matched Amazon, so the price is very reasonable. The only downside I have is that it uses a proprietary charging plug from Plantraonics. It would be nice to have a Micro USB charger, but with a 7 day charge time and a nice little 5" charging cord I'm content with it. Not a deal breaker by any means. Overall I'm really happy with this little product. In fact, so happy that I'm sitting here on a Friday afternoon, writing this comment on Best Buy for you to read. I would buy it again and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. No reason not to buy it from Best Buy with the price match. Plus, you really have nothing to lose with their awesome 15 day, no questions asked, return policy. So doge, very technology, such noise cancelling, wow, much amaze!

Bought this to replace headset that came with My iPhone 5S for the purpose of hands-free calling while driving. I am disappointed with the call quality, even with a full charge people cannot hear me at times. The button on the back of the headset that is suppose to activate Siri doesn't always work. I'm now on the look out for a better headset.

Best bluetooth headset I've ever had

I have an iPhones 4S. Whenever I do not use a bluetooth device, nobody can seem to hear me. So, I have this thing in my ear ALL THE TIME. I have almost showered with it so many times. It is so comfortable, I forget that it is in my ear. When I first got it, I immediately switched to the smallest little rubber ear piece. The little black cover for it ripped immediately, but it doesn't seem to matter. The rubber is quite soft inside my ear, it is fine. The on/off switch is very easy and obvious. When it is on, I see the green plastic in the switch. When it is off, I just see black. The volume button is also easy to find with my finger tips. It is an simple up or down. The phone (answer) button took a bit of practice, but at least it is not right in the way like on the PRO. I can shove this thing in my ear without making it go crazy because I keep hitting the darn phone button. The microphone seems to work really well. Everybody can seem to hear me just fine. I like the way it curves around. Close enough to my face that my hair doesn't get caught underneath it, but not touching so it doesn't get covered in make-up. It is super quick and simple to switch from ear to ear. It connects automatically with my iPhone 4S. My 4 year old Crackberry has to be connected manually. The bluetooth never drops either connection. The charger is amusing. At first I was annoyed because it is unusual. It is a little metal contact that magnetically pulls its self up to the bluetooth. I push my headset on the nightstand in the direction of its charger cable and they just find each other. The battery seems to last forever. It starts off, "Talk time: 7 hours. Phone one connected." I've never gotten it down below 2 hour of talk time left. I can always press the phone button and it will tell me the talk time left so I can monitor my battery. Plus, there is an icon on my iPhone. I might have downloaded an app for that.... I forget. I download too many apps. That is all that I can think of.... This is the best one that I've ever owned - and I've had a bunch!

Out of the gate I liked the Plantronics gear and was happy with it until I started getting reports of feedback. For a business, that is unacceptable. According to Plantronics support it is because of Wireles device interruption Who doesn't have wireless devices???

Great sound, comfortable to wear. I love the talk options. Touch one button and speak a command "Call Amy" and it searches your contacts and makes the call. Makes this virtually hands free communication ! When the phone rings nothing to touch just say "answer" .... when you turn it on it tells you how long the battery will last so there is never a dropped call from the battery not being charged. It has an online updater so you always know the firmware is always the latest !

    Very Satisfied

I just bought the Plantronics Legend headset. I am extremely satisfied. It was very easy to set-up. The incoming call volume is acceptably loud enough for me on one notch below max. On the max setting...it is still not super loud...which may be required in a loud environment. I would have prefered some much higher volume settings but again...I am fine in my environment on one notch below max. Other reviewers have reported the volume is too low but that is not my experience...it is adequate tho I wish it would go louder. The call quality for incoming calls and my outgoing voice is excellent. The headset feels extremely comfortable to wear...it is light, it stays positioned on my ear even when taking my glasses off and putting them back on...the few control buttons are very easy to reach and operate. The microphone boom remains about a quarter inch from my face which I like as I wouldnt want to feel it on my skin. I also like the looks of this headset. The phone works perfectly with the new BlackBerry Q10 with the brand new operating system. The bluetooth operating system on the phone is 3.0 and I wish it was 4.0 but I understand 4.0 is supposedly very new. I was told by Plantronics customer service that the phone will never be capable of upgrade to 4.0 tho there are firmware upgrades and extra features which are sometimes provided via download. The phone comes with one year of a free suite of services called "Vocalist Basic" which gives one the capability to use voice to write emails and text messages, update social networking sites, and get content such as news, sports, weather, and financial. Upgrading beyond the basic plan is not all that expensive. Some people complain about the short charging cable that plugs into the USB port on the computer. It isnt a problem for me as my USB ports are on the front of the CPU but it could be for someone else. I am going to buy the desktop charger cradle accessory. I am very satisfied with the headset. If the volume was louder and that is my only slight complaint...then I would have given it five stars vs. four.
