Best Bluetooth Ever!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Bluetooth is by far the best one ever! I had the Jawbone HD and had to return it, kept falling off. This one stays on very comfortable. I also get great voice clarity when speaking while using the Bluetooth everyone says I sound so clear. The voice commands are excellent, and its very light. I keep it on for over 8 hours a day listening to music while at work. Excellent product highly recommended.

Great product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is great. Comfortable to wear, forget it is even on my ear. Connections are clear and volume good. Automatic connection to my mobile phone and office phone is seamless. Only downside is the magnetic dedicated charger rather than a normal micro USB. The charge remains good throughout the day so has not been a major problem, since I only have the supplied one charge cord.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not bulky like other headsets, Battery life isn't that great. I always need my charger with me. Can't really be heard by the other person. And sound isn't that loud.

HORRIBLE!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I honestly only got this product because another Blue Tooth Device I use regularly needed to be replaced and Best Buy had none in stock. So I went with this one since I was leaving for a long car trip and needed something wireless. ITS EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE on your ear. I am over 6 foot and have what I would imagine, ears that are slightly larger than most so the fact that this device actually caused my ear to hurt after 20 mins of wearing it...is absurd.

Speaker breaks up and distance is lousy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even when sitting right next to my phone or 10 feet away, the speaker often breaks up. Forget about moving to another room 30 feet away.

Posted .Sorry to hear that Voyager Legend headset wasn't a good fit for you. You may want to check out Voyager Edge headset, an inner ear bud design may suit you better.

It too bulky and does not fit around my ear/in the
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the ear piece on my way out of town. The clerk told me I had only 7 days to return the ear piece and I missed the return date, otherwise I would have returned the product. It is very difficult to use with glasses and it falls off my ear. The ear bud does not fit into my ear. The device is not a good fit for me.

item is not "sweatproof" as claimed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I work outside in the heat and sun all day. I bought this earpiece because it claimed to be "sweat proof". It is not. It lasted a total of three days. The first two days the earpiece worked fine. Third day about half way through the day it crackled in my ear and shut off. Since then it will not turn on, it will not charge, it does nothing. Very dissatisfied with this Bluetooth.

Excellent, best headset I've ever had! A++
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had a number of Bluetooth headsets (mostly Motorola) and having just purchased the Plantronics Voyager Legend, I am extremely impressed. I use this primarily in the car and despite having fairly significant background road noise in my vehicle, it cancels that out and the person can hear you very clearly. Similarly, sound is clear as a bell in the earpiece as well. The battery life lasts quite a while and the caller ID voice announcement from your contacts list on the phone is fantastic (unlikely some other headsets which just announce the number - who remembers numbers anyway these days?). I'd give this an A++ for sure and am very happy so far. It's on sale currently and a great value!

Best quality earpiece
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried many earpieces and they never deliver. This one is the best by far. I use it everyday and have a back up in case i loose it. I own my own business and I dispatch everyday with this earpiece and has never let me down. Whats nice is the quick charge, ease of pairing, and eliminates 98% of all back ground noise. I pair this to 2 phones and works very well. My employee has one as well to free up there hands so they can type. Someone complained about a short charge cord ??? Really ?? who cares when you charge it at night when you are sleeping. You can slip it into your car usb and charge it as well. I am on the phone for at least 14 hrs a day and never have to charge it. Show me an earpiece that does that.

Works the Best
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used many kinds of bluetooths. This one lasts 7 hours, tells you who is calling and you have the option to audibly answer or ignore. If you have a contact listed with a certain ringtone that rings through this. If a person has a certain ring tone for texting, that rings in your ear so you know who sent you a text. Sound is great and the only time someone has a hard time hearing me is when I'm walking into 25 mile an hour wind! Plus when the rubber ripped on the ear cover, brought it back and Best Buy thought Plantronics wouldn't let them give you a new one since it had been over 6 months but Plantronics policy is give you a replacement absolutely no hassle. NASA uses this company for communication so they must be doing something right.

Great bluetooth for commuter
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm in the car majority of my day, when you turn the device on, it tells you your battery life in talk time (helpful!). It also gives you an option to answer calls 100% hands free by simply saying 'answer', and it tells you who's calling. I have an iPhone 4, and it works great with it. I never have anyone complain about noise or clarity when talking. Charger is magnetic and works great if you don't dangle it from an outlet (cord is a little short). I'd recommend this Bluetooth.

Comfortable, great volume control and battery life
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this device! I am 64 with slightly reduced hearing ability although I do not need a hearing aid. The other small (over-the-ear or in-ear) headsets I tried could not adjust loud enough (coupled with my Samsung Galaxy 3) to provide clear and comfortable listening when around any background noise at all. I resisted trying the PT Legend because I thought the larger package behind my ear would be uncomfortable. Finally, frustrated with other units' volume limitations I tried this one and I love it. It turned out to be very comfortable and the accessible on/off and volume adjustment buttons are a blessing. I use it for hours at a time listing to music and talk radio channels from my Galaxy while I work around home and I've never come close to running out of battery. Call sound quality is also excellent, both incoming and outgoing. Noise cancellation must be good because my listeners say there is no background noise on my end even when I am outdoors or when driving (but check your local codes for restrictions on handsfree calls while driving). I did not compare this to any of the headsets that fit in both ears because I want to keep one ear open to hear what is going on around me even while on a call or listening to radio.

Too many bugs considering it's $100
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace my Plantronics Pro, which I dropped into Puget Sound. Got the next better model, the legend. Pros: Great sound quality (better than using the handset), smart sensors tell the phone when it is not on your ear, better battery life, fast connecting, great BT range. Cons: My old Plantronics NEVER disconnected using the same two smartphones. This one randomly disconnects during calls, sometimes more than once in a call, forcing me to pick up the phone. Not good when you're driving, eh? I wear it normally tight on my ear, but I think the smart sensors which tell it when its off-ear are false positive-ing. (I made that word up, so it's mine.) For $100 bucks, that is not acceptable. I'm pretty sure you can turn of the smart sensor function, but cannot confirm that yet. Also, this model adds the ability to answer the call by just saying "answer". I have found, however, that you must wait like 10 seconds before this is effective. IE, you have to wait for it to get done saying "call from John Doe, answer or ignore?" before it listens for you to say answer or ignore. Given the few seconds the phone has actually been ringing on the originator's phone before your phone rings, that translates to the caller having you answer on like ring 6 or 7... I tested it. If you're not quick enough it goes to voicemail. That could be improved... or just use the answer button. I may be taking this one back, jury is out.

Works Great So Far
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've previously used the M1100 Savor and the M50 until I lost them. I bought this headset based on reviews of the audio quality as people sometimes had a hard time hearing me on my older headsets. I've had to replace my headsets due to losing them as I was out and about with the headset in my coat pocket. Plantronics has an android app called "find my headset" which should make it easier to find a lost headset, though I've noticed my phone's battery life decrease a little more than normal since I started using it. I consider that a fair trade if it can help me recover a lost headset. This one seems to initialize/connect faster to my phone than my previous headsets. It does have voice commands and it paired easily with the Samsung GS3. It also does caller announcement provided the caller is setup in your contact list and you can use a voice command to answer or ignore the call. One other feature I like is the sensors. I normally leave my headset on my desk when I am at work and typically turned on. If I get a phone call and would rather talk on the phone, all I have to do is just answer my phone and the audio will be there since I am not wearing the headset though it will connect the audio to the headset if you put it on. So far it has been great but as other people have mentioned, it uses a magnet charger with cable that is VERY short. I've found Plantronics has some other charging accessories which can help overcome this but its a shame one of them isn't included in the box like the connector/magnet end that would connect to a micro-usb cable.
