Quality of build is superior. Connectivity to Android phone is very fast. Audio output is very good. Microphone quality is excellent. The caller usually cannot ever tell I am using bluetooth. Very comfortable to wear over ear. I know how some bluetooth headsets are total junk because you can tell the person on the other end of the phone is using subpar equipment. I can assure that the Plantronics Voyager Legend is a best buy for quality to economy compromise. This is a tool I would purchase again. Only complaint is battery only lasts approximately 5 hours talk time or less. I almost never make it through an 8-10 hour workday on one charge.

After purchasing so many other Bluetooth's', this one by far is the BEST!!! It has clear sounds even when listening to music. I rolled my car window down and asked a friend of mine could he hear the wind, he said not at all. That's what I was looking for in a Bluetooth and I got it with this Plantronics Voyager Legend Bluetooth Headset. I also got the 2 year warranty, because in the past, I would go through Bluetooth's in several months. This one is flexible and doesn't give me any problems with my ear. Comes with 3 different ear buds to fit your ear. I had a Samsung S4 and it worked fine with it, now I have the Samsung S5 and no problems with paring...It doesn't hurt my ear or make it uncomfortable to wear. I would buy it again in a heartbeat!!!

I actually LIKE the different magnetic charger that it comes with, I just don't like that no one else has them.. and being a person that I am, i've already lost it. I've always loved Plantronics for their comfort and clarity, but my two favorite features on this headset is the fact that it knows when you take it on or off and the extended battery life.

After researching finding the best bluetooth headset for my needs I kept ending up with this no matter what website I checked. I purchased it this morning, charged it for approx. 1 hour and updated the latest firmware, easy, simple and straight forward. When I turned it on it immediately found my iPhone 6 Plus and connected without typing in any kind of code. The magnetic charging cord is kind of weird, but at least the other end is a regular USB, so no problem with that. I love the voice announcement for incoming calls, no guessing, like the Motorola I have, which tells you the number, but who these days remembers numbers, I want to hear the name of the caller, and I get that if the caller is in my contacts. I have in general a problem with the feeling of these devices in my ear, over time they all bother me, this one seems to be alright, the ear tip is soft silicone, I use it without the foam cover for now. It comes with 3 different sizes, I use the smallest one. Yes, it is a little higher in prize, but I learned that you get what you pay for.

I have tried so many headsets from blue ant, motorola, jabra, etc. This one fits the best, sounds the best, most comfortable, and the ugliest. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is because it looks dated and the proprietary charging connector. You can buy the charging case that is on other websites which then eliminates the proprietary charging connector.

I initially had dropped audio but after a firmware upgrade via plantronics.com. All is well. It now works well with my iphone 5. Being able to tell answer or ignore into the bluetooth is genius. Also the way it wears allows you to have it on all day without worry of it falling out or losing it. Very long battery life.

Great comfortable headset. Proprietary charger is inconvenient but the carrying/charging case with micro USB solves this problem.

I use this product every day while traveling for business. I am frequently on calls while in the airport, outside or sitting in my car. The noise cancellation is outstanding and the incoming/outbound voice quality is great. Negative include the charging cable which is proprietary to the unit so don't lose it. The second negative is on a couple occasions I have had the unit randomly connecting and disconnecting during a call; the remedy was to turn it off and back on again. Hopefully Plantronics is aware and will fix with a software update.

Headset has great, clear sound in both directions. Battery life is supposedly 7 hours, I get more like 4 hours on a good day. Range isn't the greatest either - no more that 20 ft at most. Earpiece fell apart after 4 months - had to replace the whole unit under BB geek squad warranty.

Great device! I use this thing to make business calls, and I am AMAZED by the sound cancellation. I tried the Jawbone line, and it just didn't cut it. I sometimes stop at fast food joints to make calls in between sales appointments, and this thing can block anything. I've sat next to a running blender on a conference call, and the other end had no idea I was in a fast food joint. That plus the all day battery life makes this thing a worthy investment.

This product does exactly as advertised. Is comfortable on the ear and cancels almost all background sounds.

This review is on the Voyager Pro HD, which preceded the Voyager Legend. I bought the unit is April 2012 and it died a premature death in May 2013. Wow, one month beyond the warranty, talk about planned obsolescence! They will replace it for $59. I had an earlier model, the Voyager, for 3 years before the battery died. They replaced that one for $50 last year. I like the feature which can tell when you are wearing the earpiece and the sound was quite good. But they need to focus on the batteries.

I never had one and never thought I would need to get one. But my new job i cant always hold my phone or press the button to take a call. After the 1st week . I love it. I love that it tells me with a tone that a call in coming in and tells me whos calling before my phone rings! and I can say anwser or ignore. LOVE IT. So lite wt you dont know it is on your ear. It took me awhile to learn the headset and how the commands work. but once you ace it. you love it. well worth the money.

I have been trying to find a blue tooth head set that I can have my phone in my left pocket and my headset on my right ear so far i have not found one that works great. this one how ever works the best. I do have to take it out of my pocket but with the batt charged it works well, most people could not tell the differences for me on my phone or on the headset, I could hear everyone well if the phone was out of my pocket and on the side of my body where my headset was. the apps that you can download for this is great too. they have one if you lost it that will connect to the headset and let you send a tone to it so you can find it, or lets you use gps to see where the last place you phone connected it is and find it, and another one that helps you pair it and give the batt power on your phone. I am more then likely going to get this one again

This headset has great sound quality even in louder environments. I would highly recommend.

Great...finally people have no problem hearing me when I am using this - even those typically hard of hearing!!! Plus I can hear the speaker clearly and loudly! Couldn't ask for much better talk and hearing quality. Not particulary fond of the unique charger. Wish it plugged into a regular charger like my phone and other devices. Have to remember to carry this little magnitized "doohickey"...don't care for that at all.

I am now on my second one. Both after less than one year have failed miserably. At first they are WONDERFUL! Great sound quality and the like. However, both had the same problem after months of use. The sound quality deteriorates for the listener. Anyone I call, now complains that they cannot hear me. I have called my home answering machine and left a message to hear how it sounds to others, and you can barely make out a word of what is said. I believe it has something to do with the noise cancelling feature. I have gone online and tried every suggestion out there to correct the situation, and absolutely nothing helps. I cannot afford to continue spending this high dollar on a bluetooth that lasts less than one year. Plantronics needs to fix this. I have seen quite a few complaints for the same issue

DO NOT PURCHASE this bluetooth if u have an iPhone5, it gets disconnected in the middle of calls. Before my iPhone I had a Samsung Galaxy S II and this bluetooth worked great!! I love that its comfortable and worked well when I walked my dogs by a busy street, people on the other end could hear me and not the traffic. Long battery life and charges fast. But unfortunately doesn't work with iPhone 5 and thats why I gave it 3 stars. My friend has the same iPhone and he said his Voyager pro+ works great, so thats the bluetooth that im buying ASAP, cant live with out a bluetooth.
