    Does not work too well

It constantly disconnects from my phone, Galaxy Note, never says if it reconnects, the volume is too low on the voice prompts to hear in the car, the call volume can not be turned up as needed to hear a caller in the car, it does not answer the phone when I press the button to answer, the buttons are in the wrong place and cause you to click the wrong one, I have hang up on more calls than answered because of this. There are probably good things to say about it but right now it is so frustrating to work with I can not think of any. I would return it if I could find the receipt and box.

this product seems to be fairly clear on the other end but is staticy on the users end, it also has a seam on the ear bud so it scratches the inside of your ears making it extremely uncomfortable.

It uses a magnet to stick to the charging port. Doesn't always work. You have to fidget with it to make sure its charging. Battery doesn't last as long as voyager pro.

When if first bought the Legend it worked great and had good features people could hear me and I could here them. Then one day no one could here me. I did a delete and re-pair and it worked about 5 minutes. I bought a HTC One and is paired, but again no one could hear me plainly. Other reviewers are having similar experiences.

Headset only worked for 5 months

Headset is expensive and I am unable to update the firmware without the additional purchase of a Bluetooth dongle. The supplied connection will charge the headset, but does not support data transfer. The headset has nice features, such as announcing who is calling, however it only worked for 5 months. Overall, I am very displeased with this product.

Don't buy if you have iPhone 5

I should have read the reviews here before buying. Nice device but does not work with iPhone 5. After few minutes you cannot hear anything or weird sounds start coming from the headset. Hold off the purchase if you have iPhone 5. Might be a good headset for other phones. Check reviews online as well.

We got this for my husband so he could use both phones without issues. It works great for two weeks and than just stops working. Best buy has replaced it 4 times and it broke again today. We will never buy another one.
