background noise is almost non existent fits nice all around great product and the replacement plan cant be beat

this is easy to operate, has great audio, and is comfortable to wear.

Overall I'm very happy with this product. Although it is a little bulky, and does not fit my ear as well as I would like, it is very clear and crisp. I am a little disappointed that it's not fully functional with my iPhone Siri (you have to activate Siri using the button on the iPhone). It would be nice if one of the buttons on the device mimicked the iPhone Siri function.

only complaint is the auto sensors that attempt to detect if you are wearing it. you have to go to the headset updater on the website to deactivate it, otherwise it tends to send the call back to phone in the middle of your conversation. once that was fixed, much better, good audio quality and everyone likes the sound quality from the other side. it is a good unit

I have owned a few blue tooth wireless ear pieces and this one outperforms them all! Simple to set-up with my iPhone6! ease of operation, and clarity (both talking an& listening) is superb. It's so easy on my ear I forget I'm wearing it. Hoping it will last a long time, like Plantronics are famous for. I've had name brand devises before that have not hed up (2 Motorola Slivers-the second one broke down just after warranty).

I have had several Plantronics headsets and this one is the best that I have had so far. Even got my girlfriend one and she likes it too. I had to replace my last one because it got lost and it worked great, too. The beauty of these headsets is that no one can even tell you are driving with it on because of the great noise canceling ability built into the headset. I can't ever imagine buying any other brand in the future.

very easy to set up and use. sound is very clear on both ends. I have tried several other bluetooth earpieces but I like this the best so far. my other earpieces were made by Jawbone and this has surpassed them easily. The Best Buy people made sure it was set up and worked before I even left the store. Very very pleased. Thanks Best Buy

What a great Bluetooth. In the past I've had a Jawbone ERA , a Motorola Whisper and finally this great device. By far this is the made unit on the market. The fit, finish and feel is just incredible. I'm using this with my Motorola Droid Maxx for the past six months and haven't had a problem yet. A word of advice is to purchase the charging case. The unconventional method of charging is challenging but do able..

I've had many different Bluetooth headsets, but this one is the best I've ever had. Works great, lasts all day long with moderate usage and has a great array of features for the price point. One caveat - do not lose the charging cable as they do use a proprietary connector that then goes to a USB port. You can buy the cables aftermarket, but do not expect to use any micro or mini USB cable to charge this device.

I bought this for my husband and he said their very comfortable and you can hear clearly.
