If you love the app you'll love this game too! I love the new interactions and levels I can never get enough of PvZ! My 3 year old even plays it!

My teenage grandson and his friend loudly enjoyed playing this one. They kept it out to play again, so looks like it has a decent replay value.

The game graphics are bright and fun. I would say the only down side to the game is even if you want to play solo, online game play access is required to play the game. The game is clearly geared towards multiplayer. Though to have a single player option and still be required to have an online game play subscription to even play is rather upsetting, just one more way to make money from the consumer.

This is such an awesome and funny game:) I really love it a lot! I use to play it on my cell phone but now I can play on PS4.

Its online only so if u dont have or want to pay for PSplus i dont recommend it. U cant play as zombies only online.

My son received it for Christmas and immediately proclaimed it as his favorite video game. Can't get him off it!

Even though there is a sequel. The kids still prefer the original and needed another copy after scratching theirs.

I originally purchased this game for two young boys since it has split-screen multi-player. Problem is there is only one game mode that is playable in split-screen. It's fun in the beginning but gets really repetitive and, in my opinion, pretty boring after a short while. One of my nephews enjoys playing constantly while the other also gets bored of the game quickly.

Good game overall. Its an arcady game with a good amount of characters but no story.

If your little one likes warfare type of games but you would rather them play kiddie style games this is a good compromise!

I was worried about this game being the normal plants vs zombie style until I played it and was way better than expected.

Purchased for my 8 year old who has played the plants vs zombies series... It is a change of pace but very enjoyable

This is an entertaining rendition of the popular app. Fun upgrades as you rack up points to buy them.

I wouldn't have bought this but the kids requested it and seem to like to play it. They were excited

I bought this for a niece and nephew and they love it. It allows them to play together on the same team so essentially there are no losers. It's a win win for everyone. I played it myself and found that it is challenging for adults also. We didn't play it online but local play was definitely worth the buy.

So fun - shooter game takes some skill to be good at it - not recommended for young kids under 12 or so I'd say.

If you have totally avoided the Battlefield 4, Call of Duty: Ghosts or other similar hardcore multiplayer shooter experiences and/or have been looking for a fun, accessible and less violent alternative, Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare is definitely worth a look.
