Waste of time space & money

On top of that you need to be on Xbox live to play. It does say this all on the box but you try getting through to a child with a gift card the reasons why they shouldn't use it. on top of all that it takes forever to just get the game to start. I'd only recommend this game if you seriously have nothing better to do with your time that sit & watch a loading screen.

Unfortunately cannot use it

No Best Buy issue and it is lable is listed as such. This is more about the manufacturer. I think it's a little goofy to design games for young kids that require live account. It should be an option and not a requirement. Best Buy would have taken it back but unfortunately the boys opened it.
