Was not impressed with quality after using hair dryer a few times on trip the converter would not work anymore.

I bought this obviously to use while travelling. I used it at the first hotel in England and found it cumbersome to use. At the second hotel, I could not get the adapter to plug in (prongs would not deploy) and the flimsy button to push the prongs out broke off making it useless at that point. Now, it's too late to return it to Best Buy due to their 15 day return policy.

This charger worked very well in the hotel in Rome for the first 4 days of my trip, but only for 4 days. I unplugged it to use the outlet for other things and it never worked again. Really disappointed. Ten days of mooching off friends to charge things. Will def return.

Just got back from a weekend in Ireland, and had purchased this specifically for this trip. It simply does not fit the outlets there, as they have a third ground plug that needs to be utilized to access the two holes for the power portions of the plug. We were fortunate to be able to use the USB plug on the TV to recharge our phones.

OK...I used it once and found other adapters that were smaller and easier to use.

We used this in Paris, France. Our Nintendo DS and a pair of Bose headphones were unable to be charged anymore after charging with this unit. Then, right when we realized those items were not working, an iphone plug that was inserted in the converter blew up and poured smoke out of it.

I was only able to use it about 3 full times before it overloaded while my computer was using it and then it started getting hot and making my computer connections make noises. Unfortunately I will have to bring it back and it really didn't help me like I had hoped.

At this price point, I would have expectEd a higher quality. Unfortunately, this converter was very unstable throughout my trip abroad. It did not work most of the time and when it did, it heated up so much. I had to return this product.

It is difficult to keep plugged into wall and to keep switched to correct current. No way to test before traveling. Trip was over 2 weeks long. Not able to return defective unit because Of 15 day policy. Not planning to shop Best Buy anymore.

I ended up buying another adaptor/converter while overseas. The outlet works intermittently and the USB ports do not work at all. I ended up buying a new one and I plan on returning the one I bought as soon as I get back to the States.

tried using this on our trip to Germany and nothing but problems. 2 usb ports but cannot charge to both at the same time. makes a loud humming noise anytime something is plugged in. what a waste of money

Didn't work in Armenia ha some problems converting electricity was excepting a better product should re check product before selling to consumers

It worked for only one day to charge my laptop. The second day it only charged 2 prong plugs. The third day it wouldn’t charge anything.

Im not sure about this product. It’s a converter but didnt work to a product that i have. Returned the item.

This did not work for me when I plugged it in Greece. Bought one from Greece for 10 Euro's and worked well charging my phones and tablets.

It burned my hair straightener. I end up buying a different one to be able to charge my phone during my trip to Europe

I bought for using in Asia but the converter became very hot and I had to stop using it. Don’t buy.

Bought this for trip to Europe. Converter and adapter did not work. Only USB ports worked. Will return ASAP

Took this to Iceland on a recent trip and tried using it as a voltage converter 240 to 120v. Item did not work.

I took it to Argentina to use for charging my phone and it melted during the first use.
