Terrible, So Dissatisfied
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These have been nothing but a nightmare. We bought three of these. We followed the instructions. All three worked for the first day or two we used each of them and then afterwards they acted as though we were plugging in and out our devices so that they wouldn't charge. We actually were fearful with the third adapter that we had fried our tablet. Happily, that didn't turn out to be the case, but the adapters are all useless now. Since laptops and smartphones only need the adapter but not the converter, we ended up just buying some plugs here in Belgium (which won't be too useful when we return home) and that has been much better. I plan to return all the adapters when we get back home. What a complete waste of money, and for nearly $50 a pop they have so not been worth it. I have almost always had good experiences with Best Buy but they should not carry this Insignia product because it is terrible.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I took this to Morocco and Spain. Extended the prongs for Spain and now they're stuck and won't retract. It's now a useless, yet pricey paperweight....I won't buy this again.
