We were able to find an outlet that matched one of the plug option in every hotel we visited. We were able to keep all of our devices nicely charged. No problem.

Looks alright

I haven't used it yet but will be traveling to Spain in a month and will update. I will say that this has a warning telling you to not use more than 10 min and that the USB ports ONLY work when it's in adapter mode. That doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy but I guess I'll find out. The great thing is that most of my electronics are dual voltage and I will not have to worry about converting the voltage.
