Simply the best case i have ever bought for my phone.

It’s a nice durable case with a nice texture and great protection but the clip is a poor design, it’s not easy to take off, it gets hung up on whatever you are wearing and the spring clamp keeps breaking.

Protects my screen which is great but I’ve gone through at least 5 of these... the Clip always breaks!!!! This product is too expensive for the Clío to break so easily. Very disappointed.

I have purchased this product several times over the years for my I phones, each time the clip has broken. I bought this case in March for my IPhone X. The clip broke off from the case. I called Platinum customer service. The agent grilled me on how it broke. All I did was sit down in a chair and stand up. The agent put me on hold and never came back. I guess 1.year warranty doesn’t mean anything.

The case was ok, a little bulky but the holster part really sucks. Mine was actually broke and had to return it

I bought two of these ahd had the same problem. I like the design and functionality a lot and how it protects the phone. However, the engineering of the belt clip is poor, the plastic is cheap and it breaks at the two tiny tabs that connect it with the case. It is a shame because it is an expensive product and if they would beef up the belt clip it would be great.

Junk. Bought three of them. All 3 broke. And almost impossible to off. BROKE Glass on back of I -Phone.JUNK

The clip that holds the phone broke in 3 different pieces which means I can’t use it. I can’t return the product because I threw the box away already. Furthermore the case does not join together very well. There is still a small gap that makes it annoying knowing full well that it’s not supposed to be like that. Worthless craftsmanship.

I bought this case for a new iPhone Xs. It fits on the phone perfectly. Problem is it won’t come off.

Complete junk, Broke the snap on the holder the first day I had the setup. Return to the store and got another one. Was careful taken it off my pants the next day and the snap and spring broke again on the second unit. Threw it in the trash and kept the cover that protects the phone and just bought a leather pouch to keep my phone on my waist side.

I thought this was a good purchase for my new phone. Hold phone well

Shortly after purchase I quickly realized I could not use a case on my iPhone X with a clear conscience. Doing so would be a terrible waste, not unlike covering up a piece of fine art. I find that I quite enjoy both the aesthetic appeal and the tactile feel of my phone without any case.
