Broke in like a couple weeks from one fall so won’t buy again

This is the second time I have purchased this case and I love the sleep look and slim holder and also the second time the belt clip has broken. I will not buy it again

Bought two for two different people with different habits and they both broke in the same place (spring in the clip for the holster) within 30 days of purchasing. Won't buy one from the Platinum brand again! Quite disappointing, paint on the stand also came off as well.

well the case seemed ok at first but i was walking through the store and the latch on top just randomly shattered and my phone hit the concrete floor. i only had it 4 days and almost broke my new iphone

This case is too big and clunky. The belt clip came apart the second day I had it. I returned for a refund.

Phone case held up well and protected phone during many phone drops. Drops were caused due to clip failures on the clip that holds phone to the unit that holds phone to belt clip.

I returned this item after the holster broke 48hrs after purchase. I wouldn't recommend this item..

When I opened the package and was showing it to my brother I noticed that the belt clip was broken and not working correctly.

Don’t buy! The belt clip is the cheapest made and built clip I have ever had. I exchanged it 3 times before switching to lifeproof

The holster breaks had to buy another one told me to call manufacturers to replace

Very hard to take off your phone. I would not recommend buying this if you want to take off your case often

This unit blocks the corners so it is much tougher to get out of the holster.

Belt clip keeps breaking. On my third and last case. Waste of money.

Clip part of the case is very cheap and breaks easy. Lasted one day for me.

Too Bulk and really Impossible to remove from the phone for any reason .

Purchased this at Best Buy and one day later it broke!!!

I bought this because I knew the holster would fit my phone wearing another slim case(it definitely will fit a small case from another manufacturer). The case itself I'm not a real big fan of, but it does work and the kickstand can be handy. The case and holster is a little bulky, and the case is actually a little bulky which is why i prefer a different one even if it's a little loose in the holster(still wont come apart though). The bad part is removing the case from the phone. I have a solution for removing this case thanks to a Youtube video. Find a card like a gift card or something slightly thinner like an insurance card, but thicker than a metrocard(nyc). Run this card along the seem until you get to the middle and try to push the card into the middle clip...almost as if your trying to pick a simple lock by sliding a card into it. Use some force to try to slide it through and pull at the same time. You can also try pulling one of the middle edges of the phone up to gain some space. If this helps....let me know, because It helped me a tremendous amount.

I always get a case and holster when I get a new iPhone. This combination is perfect: easy to attach and detach from the holster. It protects the phone and is convenient to use.

I usually get the platinum case for all my iPhones, and usually have no issues with them. The holster itself felt different than the others I have, and yesterday, when removing the holster from the belt, it snapped and fell apart at the clip. I have used the case for less than 3 weeks, buying it before I got the IPhone X, and now have to go in and get a replacement. Hopefully there isn't any issues on returning it and getting a different cover, as I cant afford for the holster to break while in at work.
