I absolutely love this charger. I love it so much that when it broken (it accidently got kicked when under a counter after owning it for a few years) I bought it again. Charges my devices quickly. Highly recommended.

Purchased unit 09/02/2019 along with Micro Blk corresponding charging cord and loved how quickly it charged my phone with a replaced battery. Very dependable and took it to work every day to charge during the day as well as overnight every night. However, in attempting to charge my phone this evening, one of the plug charging nodules fell out! Unable to return at this point due to making original purchase 41 days ago, so I'm upset to say the least. That's over $40.00 down the drain!

If this device is "faster" can't prove it by me. Blue light is worthless - it's always on, even when no device is plugged in, a charger light should go OFF when charging is done. I like that AC prongs fold in. I don't know what others are talking about saying AC or USB prongs break - they must be hard on their gear. To me, it's just another Best Buy made product that doesn't perform well (see Insignia).

I brought the charger to replace my original fast charger for my phone. It does its job of a fast charger but this charger has prongs in the inside that are very easy to bend. And once they are bent the charger is useless. Most chargers today don't have those prongs which is why they last a whole lot longer but this one does and I am very displeased and disappointed with the product especially for the price I paid for it. So take heed to my advice, strayed away from any chargers with prongs and stick with the chargers that actually have the USB ports in them. You'll save yourself some extra aggravation!!!!

I purchased this charger, per the recommendation of a Best Buy associate, for my new iPhone X. I wasn’t sure if this product was compatible with my Apple device, but the associate assured me that it would fine. I’m not entirely sure if this is a compatibility issue, or perhaps an isolated issue due to a defect, but this base does not charge my device any faster than a regular charger. In fact, my car charges my phone faster than this. The charging base does charge my iPhone (eventually), it just takes much longer than I expected. I’ve left my phone on the charger for several hours and my battery was still below 100%. This product is junk as far as I can tell, or maybe I was given misinformation from the Best Buy associate who sold it to me. Either way, it’s useless.

I just picked up my 2nd one within 4 days. The first one worked great a few times over a couple days and then would only charge VERY slowly. The battery said it would take 8 hours to charge when it was at 65%. I had the phone on extreme power save mode with music playing and it charged so slowly that the battery still drained. After I took it back and got a replacement, the 2nd one got one fast charge out of it and then did the same thing. Now it says it's going to take 17 hours to charge the phone... I'm tired of going to the store for such a basic purchase. Save your money and get an OEM Samsung charger. It appears there is something wrong with chip inside
