The package appeared as though it had previously been opened. The band looked as described on-line. However, the tool (pin/link holder) to assemble the watch were missing-- Really?? The instructions reference this tool several times but it was not present. My hubby had to have the band assembled properly.

The item come with tool to remove links but size does not fit a mans arm.

Cheap build. I really waft a fan. It's extremely flimsy.

After about a weeks worth of wear and rubbing against a short sleeve the color is wearing off. Also it's scratching just from being every day use at a desk Not really worth the money for it

The strap works and is fairly easy to size. I like that it adds another look to my Blaze. I do feel it's a little tough to get the face in and out of this strap, easier to do so with the one it came with.

This band feels somewhat cheap, and the device to add or remove links is not the best. I ultimately returned this band because it constantly pulled on the hairs on my arm.

After less than 30 days, the black paint is already chipping off and bonus if you need to extend your band you have to purchase a whole new band, (we tried the aftermarket extenders and they did not work) because they do not sell just additional links at the store or with the manufacture. So... if you want to purchase a band that you will only wear at special occasions then this might work for you (as long as you keep the special occasions under 30), If you want to wear this everyday, then I would say skip this one.

For $40 buckets this is one of those show and don't tell item. I am just not those type of people. I will work hard for a real karat links and this product gave me movitation.

It is an OK device, however its estimation of distance and burnt calories is way off unless it is paired with a phone.

Waste of Money and Time nobody can figure out how to take a link or two out and it never came with the tool to use in order to take out links. Horrible.

Hard to adjust to fit wrist. Built for The Incredible Hulk, not a normal person

She was not a fan of the band. There are so many options out there I wish BB had better ones.

Great improvement over the plastic strap it comes with.

I really like the stainless steel watch band. It comes with the frame, so it's simple to change out the band.

I like it overall just needs more links to fit better

Fit bit needs to offer more options with wrist bands or offer. sections for the band.
