If you’re only using it for one connection, it’s fine. But if you need it for more than one slot, you’re better off with a different option.

I would like to give this a good review but unfortunately after a month of using it with my 12.9 2021 iPad it just doesn't work 100 percent of the time. I've tried on multiple tv's and HDMI cords and it works but is very slow to connect with the ipad and when it does work it blanks out or audio cuts out. I've also had some apps say that it can't play the content on the device as its not an HDCP certified device or the connection is poor. I ended up buying the true Apple adapter and getting rid of this thing.
