But when I purchased the sales staff said the price was as good as it gets, and then several days later it went on sale for half price. Didn't feel like a "best buy" to me. You might want to shop around.

I have two others just like it. They work until they don't fit as snugly or something. But this new one is defective. **I recommended this item below, because the previous attachments I purchased just like it worked fine.**

I have since switched to the store brand USB-C to ethernet adapter and seen MUCH better performance.

As my normal luck, it was three days after I could return it to Best Buy. Good it was low cost

Some of the other reviews here are pretty lame. I would not listen to any of them since they clearly don’t know anything about technology. The guy who complained about this not working on his Samsung product clearly doesn’t know how to read. This product does not support Samsung or AppleTV products. This product is highly efficient and works perfectly. Plus, a USBC adapter is faster than the standard USB adapter anyways. I would highly recommend you get this product. Again, don’t listen to the one and two star reviews on here because the aren’t relevant.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's cheaply priced because, well, it is cheap. The plastic base does feel cheap and a bit flimsy. The cord leading up to the USB C port is nice quality though. While in use, it does get pretty hot often. Not 100% sure if this is normal. There are some other quality control issues too. For example, I bought this product back in January of 2022. As of now the cord connected to the plastic base has come loose, exposing wires and making bad connections. Seems pretty ridiculous that it would go bad this quickly from what has been regular usage. Also, not 100% sure if this is the fault of my USB C adapter, or my laptop, but, when surfing the web, watching YouTube videos, it'll sometimes be laggy. Some of the positives about this product are its light weight, easy to use, easy to store and carry around and besides the weird internet problems I've been having, it seems like it is actually pretty fast. But again, it only lasted me a whooping 9 months. But, I wanna touch upon some of the positives with this product.

I have a Google pixel 4xl if you're wondering. So yes this will work on your phone.
