Cod is better. This game runs horrible on consoles.

Before I bought this game I read review from a few sites and people were slamming this game saying it was straight trash. That it lagged out 24/7 and was basically unplayable. This has definitely not been my experience. I have an Xbox one S and its ran pretty smooth. I definitely recommend this game to anyone from the casual gamer to guys that play a lot. Don’t be believe all the hardcore PC gamers that are mad it came to console. Definitely a game that’s more fun with friends.

So if you are a total pubg fan boy who watched streamers play pubg dreaming you could play the game they are playing, then this is the game for you. However if your skeptical or not a fan of the genre it might be a game to skip for now. The game runs at 30 fps however fps seems to drop when you get into Gun Fights Plane Lobby and randomly Now this isn't that bad however the gun fights is pretty annoying. Overall the game is alright. I feel like when this game is fully released it will be a good game The game is really fun right now if you can put up with fps drops and such.

This game is a must have, doesn't even compare to Fortnite. After the updates and everything the game is so great and looks the new gaming controls look efficient and good to use. I can't recommend more highly this game go and buy it today!

I'm going to start this review off with negatives. Sure, the frame rate isn't 60fps and you lag out on occasion. Other than those things, this game is the most fun I've ever had with a multiplayer video game. It's incredible because every round is different, you never know what you're going to get once you jump out of the airplane. Skill comes into play but I've never played a game that requires so much luck. You can be the best player on the planet but if you're in the last circle, run past the last guy who has 0 kills and is a potato but you don't see him, you're dead. After the updates, the frame rate has gotten better (I'm on an Xbox One X) and the lagging out has become a lot less common. I cannot wait until the game is finished, I've played it on PC as well so I know what the final product is like. If you're looking for a game that you wanna play with a group of friends, you HAVE to give this game shot. You'll spend countless hours trying to get those chicken dinners and once you get one, it would be hard to find a rush like it on another game.

I'm coming from play the PC version and before jump in xbox I watch some videos on youtube highlighting the frame issues I thought it will be a mess to play, then I was wrong, at least on my xbox one x it doesn't show frame issues, actually the game runs way too much good to be a port from the messy PC version, maybe the microsoft injection did work on PUBG, the developer finally tweek the game and fix the multiples bugs and graphics issues. there are new maps I like the smaller one, even I have play BlackOps 4 blackout a ton and I consider PUBG a more heart beating experience, graphically speaking there are cons and pros, the game looks clean and crisp but some stuff looks better or worse in comparison with Blackout game mode from Call of Duty. The gameplay is more inclined to simulation first person shooter, which can be difficult to hook at first try, but the more you play the more you enjoy it, I don't find the armor as annoying as it does on COD blackout, the netcode has been polish very well and there are not chinese flooded matches like in PC, also no hacks since consoles are way more difficult to deploy a hack code in the game ( you have to hack the console before the game), that's why I prefer to play PUBG now on xbox, I lost the fast access to menu item inventory because the lack of mouse and keyboard when playing with gamepad but hey everyone is in the same page, maybe it's even better take your time to arrange your weapon sums more realism to the game, also mouse and keyboard is available and the good news they won't match gamepad players, so if you feel more comfortable with that input then you're welcome but don't expect to smash kids playing with gamepads. Overall the game feels great it has a learning curve, battle royale mode it's basically the only game mode with some settings like solo, duo, squad and first person view only, you may choose the map you like to spawn, it can be a little monotony, but sometimes I found my self wandering around the places, taking different paths and approach to enemies even that I know I'm more likely to die it would be fun to mess a little with the game.

Maybe the most fun online multiplayer game I have ever played, very intense when you encounter the opposition.

just very poorly made for the console. fun game, however there are so many bugs and network lag. Framerate is super low and the mechanics are pretty bad in comparison to most games. The concept is fun and it can be fun but man....

The game has great potential however if you don’t find a vehicle to make the safe zones, your dead. You can’t outrun the zone recasts. It takes too long to load for what will be an uneventful run to die either by contact or more likely the zone change. First person shooter option is bunk but there are plenty of guns and goodies around. Sad review for all the hype.

PUBG is a fun game... on the PC, but this port is VERY unstable and glitchy on both the S and X. It suffers from lag, ugly graphics, and often crashes to the dashboard. I'm sure they'll eventually get this fixed as the game is currently an early access, but for now it's a frustrating mess.

This game is a huge waste of money! If your interested in similar games that are a lot better, try Fortnite. Not only is it free, it's way better then this mess of a game!!

I wanted to try the battle royal genre. To me it was interactive enough because you could hide for so long just to get a high ranking.

I own both pubg and Fortnite. Fortnite is just such a more polished game, and also has an optional PvE content you can get if you love the game. Fortnite is less buggy and has a very involved staff dedicated to its development. I will continue to recommend FN over PUBG.
