The tracking camera is glitchy and Inconsistent, catalogue of games is lacking, and requires an expensive monthly subscription for gimmicky d-tier phone games(on top of which, you don't own and require access to their servers for. They can go under at any time and you're left with a $200 paper weight). Customer support was less than helpful when I've had to reach out as well...

Fun for family and the camera works fairly well. Definitely worth the price

Worked great on Christmas Day from Santa then broke and wouldn’t turn on day 2 :(

After playing the game in the store it seemed exciting but once i got home i had to purchase a subscription to play the game we just spent $250 for ? 99$ annual package was the better price smh AI generated game with poor options for the price.

You can tell this is a first generation product. Very slow, doesn't pick up bodies very well and there aren't many games for the 89.00 you spend for the subscription. Disappointed by this product

It wasn’t for my family. The subscription is none refundable. So FYI if you’re going to buy this product find someone who has one try it out then decide.

This Nex playground game has gotten my child more active but for $89 game pass there should be new games added every week. My child gets bored playing the same games over and over again for a new game to be added every 2 months.

I can say the technology is not yet there. does not pick most of my Son's Movement

I bought this item 10/15/24 and want to price match to current selling price but unable to get any assistance from Best Buy chat and support phone number says I not calling during normal business hours but it is 10:21 am?????

A great gaming system for the whole family. Fans of the old Xbox Kinect system will love it because it feels very similar. It's great for entertaining and playing games and also working out. It definitely gets you up and moving. You need a lot of area space though so be prepared for that.

My 3 year old loves this. She will love this even more when she hits 6+. Loves of fun games similar if not more creative and unique to the OG Xbox Kinect. Its very similar but its technologically smaller and smarter when detecting 2+ players and hand movements. It has elmo games, fruit ninja, and lots of mini games like wii bowling but you just use your hands. The only down side is theres no trial period for the full catalog of the games. the asking price of 89$ a year is honestly fair. Its around $8 a month, (thats barely a cup of starbucks coffee nowadays). Well worth the fun and the monthly games that come out.

We found the instqllation simple. The portability is great. Most importantly, my grandson got up the next morning and played for 3hrs uninterrrupted! Great sports games. Our fav is Tennis.

Our whole family loves this - it’s so interactive, gets the entire family involved! Easy enough for our 4 year old to play along!

My kids have so much fun playing with this. It's a great way to let out those wiggles indoors, especially during the colder months!
