    The system is overall great but I’m finding these new consoles are having a hard time connecting to WiFi and internet despite ALL the troubleshooting I’ve done from forums. Geek squad said it’s the console software that needs updating but how can I update if I can’t connect?!?

    Right out of the box, brand new and it's saying 'disc unrecognizable'. It's not just one disc it's all of them. Saw on line that this is a hardware malfunction. Really mad because now I have a disappointed child on Xmas day and I'll have to go to the store the day after Xmas!

    I purchased this package as a Christmas gift BUT NO reliable WI-FI means no Black Ops play...so disappointed. The PS4 itself is great but just the options for the game really has the recipients bummed out.
