This is my second PS4 in the house, as I have relinquished the other to the children. I like the additional storage space over the 3 yr old 500gb I own. We use this machine, not only for gaming, but for streaming Netflix and YouTube. I am disappointed that this version does not have the optical audio out like the older version. I also discovered that a single user cannot be signed on to two machines at the same time. If the kids are watching on the other machine and I sign on to play a game, it boots them from the features that I have purchased under my profile.

While shopping for our ps4 it was impossible to find anywhere. It was delivered a day earlier then it was supposed to be & was even notified that it would be delivered early. It was a very satisfying experience, which is rare. So thank you. We are very grateful.

I have a PS5 and now this PS4 and there is no difference that I can notice and there are many more games available! Great buy! You will not regret it!

Everything about the PS4 best buy experience was quality. For the product itself, it is a major disappointment that it is not compatible with PS3 games. Clever for Sony to drive more revenue their way but a bummer for the less than avid gamer.

I got this at a reduced price of $199 on Black Friday and in comparison to my XBox360, this is an excellent console. The games are cheaper, they are region-free unless you want to play online, the Playstation Network has sales where you can snag games for a fraction of the prices and the graphics are amazing!

My son absolutely loves this which was a Birthday gift. Spent the first night playing way into the morning

I primarily play Xbox but thought it was time to also add a PS4 because of the exclusives. I've never like the PlayStation controllers but this new controller is great and the best one yet! Also this system is worth it just to play Horizon Zero Dawn what an amazing game! Buy the system you won't be disappointed.

Bought as intended gift for family of five children who were very excited to receive. Was not a ‘bundled’ purchase so no games or extra levels controllers included.

Daughter wanted this for her birthday. Picked one up at the store and she loves it. The initial setup process took forever and I think they were having problems on their end or at least that was what the error message kept saying. Took over an hour to get through initial setup but all is good now.

In regards to my service tho-I could not believe how fast and convenient it was when i picked up my online order. I stood there thinking I bet 20 questions will take place & to be honest feel like I was clueless or something, but to my surprised I was in & outta there. I just now put in another online order:)

The only thing I don't love about this PS4 is the disc reader is loud. I checked online and this seems to be the norm for a PS4. Other than that the PS4 is what i would expect from Sony. Still have my PS3, and PS2, and they've always run well.

I really like the PS4 but really miss being able to play the games that I played on my old PS3 even though the games were purchased through the PlayStation Store.

Deceptive. I should have known better. The Black Friday “sales” are usually kinda tricky...this one was that this is the basic PS4 with the higher memory hard drive. But it’s deceptive because the PS Pro has the 1TB hard drive...so when you buy this just know, it’s not the 4K Pro. It is just the regular one.

This system is great but it is a bit pricey because you most likely need another controller and a few games but well worth the money!

I haven't had it very long, but I have been enjoying it when I do play it. I got it so I could play Sims 4, and I love that I can download my games and they are on the actual system. I also love that I can play my Spotify and watch Netflix. Love, Love, Love!!!!

My son bought this himself and loves it. The graphics are fantastic! He loves the ability to talk to friends on the headset as they are playing. So far great purchase.

PS4 works as it should but description states headset when in actuality it’s one oversized earbud that doesn’t fit any human ear. So if your leaning towards this one over one that comes with a game. Get the one with the game....your going to replace headset anyway, why not receive a free 50.00 game instead.

The x-box was purchased for my grandson headed to college. With some many other things to purchase we weren't sure if we could afford it but Best Buy prices were reasonable and fair. He enjoys his X-Box and we will continue to shop Best Buy for our electronics and games. Thanks Best Buy!!!!
