Great Console for a good price but, I prefer the ps4 Pro.

I bought this as a gift for my husband's birthday. We already have Xbox consoles but my husband had not had a PS since PS2. He is very satisfied with this console and is glad that he can play PS exclusive games now. I bought a new console because the prices for used consoles were similar.

Awesome system and graphics, great with increased storage size.

Still runs most mainstream games at 1080p smoothly, with much better price and value. Plus, it allows you to use disc version of games, which you can buy at lower price second hand, rather than the digital-only consoles. Slim design, fits in home very well

Picked up another PS4. This time for my youngest son. Seems a little ridiculous what these are selling for now with no game included. Considering that Playstation will probably release a PS5 soon and leave this new PS4 as worthless. Seems like Sony could at least offer a game or another controller for this price... Best Buy is great though..

The PS4 offers a little something for everyone right out of the box. The game options are great, the setup is a breeze, and the integration into a smart media center is seamless. The system walks you through setup and even comes with an HDMI cable right in the box. Getting your PS4 started couldn't be easier and the great games keep coming out!

Have had no issues, everything works well and is working 100% looks like new.

This is one of my first “ high “ price buys and I’m pretty happy about it. I know that the PS5 is going to come out soon but for someone that really isn’t going to play a game competitively i don’t believe I need it. Recommend for anyone who just wants to game without any problems :D

Console has a great amount of space. Good price for product.

Very easy to setup. Everyone is enjoying the new gaming system although we are still trying to figure everything out with inserting a new game and it downloads but the next time you go play it, you still have to insert the game even though it spend 40 mins downloading it.

I bought this as an upgrade to my Original White Limited Edition Destiny PS4 Bundle. Was looking to Upgrade and the 1TB Storage really Was a deciding Factor for me.

Grafics great easy-to-use an even my grandson can play

I recently got back into gaming after several years. The battery powered joy sticks are a fun upgrade. It's cool not to be tethered to the console. The graphics are incredible. A long way from pong which was the rage when I was a kid. You really need to pay attention when setting up. You may be stuck with a name you didn't intend,

I know this console has been out for a bit now and the Ps5 has this hit the shelves, but I have enjoyed this fantastic console for its blu ray player and flexibility for downloading games and playing game disks. I only wish it had backward compatability with older games.

The kids are loving the new console. The 10 and 14-year-old set everything up. Make sure that if your kids are about this age that you set your account up as the main parent account to have control of privacy settings. Otherwise, the default settings may be 18 and up. So far the boys are happy with their playstation

So, we haven’t had a PlayStation since PS2, been an Xbox household since then (360, XboxOne), which was more a matter of whichever console had a better bundle deal at the time and not for any hardcore gaming reasons because obviously, if we were hardcore gamers this review would be about a $3k laptop and not a console. Anyway, end of October I let my 10 yr old smash his piggy bank and buy himself the PS4 (to connect with friends/family on PS4..and for exclusive titles like Uncharted, God of War for Dad!) and that PS4 has been... since then... almost exclusively..... a $300 Fortnite workstation. Ugh! But I’ve played around with it a bit and oddly enough even though Sony has been at this a lot longer, my only complaints are in the interface being less easy/intuitive for first time users, and PlayStation Plus (at ten bucks a month or $60 for the year and a requirement for online play) being less integrated and initially more confusing (Xbox Live lays out family sharing nicely, whereas even though everyone can benefit from the primary profile having PlayStation Plus, it took some figuring out - I don’t recall as much Google time setting up the Xbox). Since then, browsing, buying/downloading/installing games, watching Netflix, gameplay and everything we’ve done regularly on the other console has been a breeze once becoming accustomed to the different interface. Lastly, should also add, in terms of online speeds/multiplayer games, we have Verizon FiOS Gigabit Internet so bandwidth/connectivity hasn’t been a concern.

Excellent price, performance and graphics. Easy to setup.

My kids play this every day, it works great. They had an older one that broke and decided to throw their savings together and get a new one.
