this is a good console you should recommend it even though the PS5 is out you should also get this because you'll be able to remote play it off your PS5 if you like to travel a lot

I found myself looking for PS4 for my girlfriend, her birthday was the day before and GameStop did not have one. So, Best buy is my new go to spot for her. And she loves to rub it my face. Because I am Xbox player.

It's great for the do my exclusive games with an easy interface, great at connecting with other players, also has apps to make the experience that much better. I recommend it not only as a game machine but an entertainment hub as well!

Love the system but not happy with the actual play station network. My email address was inadvertently used a couple of years ago and was setup as a child in the family management feature. Now I can not use my address because of age restrictions and as far as I know there is no way to remove the child restrictions. How can you create a feature that can’t be re erased.

Not much to add to this device. Great console, great buying experience on Best Buy website. Nothing to complain about. Maybe the price should be a little lower now that I hear PS5 is coming soon?

It was awesome to receive my new Sony PS4. It handles games beautifully, and my children are quite happy with its performance. Also, it integrates beautifully with online social media and streaming, much like a "smart TV".

We love the PS4! You can do so many things with this console! I also love the wireless PS4 controller. The only downside is that you can't play old PS3 discs on this system. Overall, it's a great system though!

I love my Sony Ps4 I've been a fan since the first console. Love Japanese games so I've had an affinity for this unit. I love the interface of the Os and the touch pad control. It's very new age and stylish. Couldn't be more satisfied.

My old ps4 started to sound like a jet engine and it was impossible to get a ps5 at the time but this is still going strong no issues

I get this console for.my 7 years old nephew, decide to get this one because the quality of materials is stronger than the new one, plus is backorder everywhere..... he love it

Made the move to buy a PS4 instead of another Xbox. Last PS i owned was a PS2 and i enjoyed it. decided to diversify my gaming and jump on with Sony. I like it so far, it’s low profile and the game titles available are fantastic

My last PS4 was the original one which was kind of bulky and ran SUPER loud but this one?? BEAUTIFUL and so much space oh my god. It's sleek, it's slim, and now it's mine :-)

PS4 is a great product. Easy setup. Recommend setting up account with PS gift cards rather than your credit card.

I had an Xbox back in the day, but haven't kept up with today's gaming system. My Best Buy employee talked me through the latest options and based on my answers, recommended the PS4. We are happy with the purchase.

I bought this for my boyfriend more than a year ago. He uses it for gaming but I use it to store all of the things I would normally store on a computer (movies etc.) It's a great little machine and worth the hype.

This was just what the doctor ordered to help me pass time while being quarantined Bestbuy was perfect in the delivery and Sony can’t make the next PlayStation 5 fast enough I’m a big Sony fan!

My granddaughter loves her Sony playstation 4. She loves that she can play with her friends through the internet. There are so many features. I subscribed to Playstation Vue and learned that I can stream TV channels.

Wanted to get back into gaming and had a PS3 before so went to I chose this over the XBOX One. Easy transition, interface is a little different but so far seems easy to use. Picked up on Black Friday, definitely worth the $199 tag.

The PS4 is still such a great console and alternative to not having a PS5. Tons of games and hours to put in on this machine, definitely still a buy in 2021!

Was what the daughter wanted! Wanted to play on-line with her friends and the PS3 didn't have the desired games. Works like it should just wish all the PS3 games were compatible!!
