I bought the PlayStation4 for my son. I debated on whether to wait until PlayStation 5 would come out but after reading about the differences I went on and bought the 4. He loves the system.

This is the second PS4 I have owned. I had the original when it came out but was not playing it much so I sold it. I bought the updated version and love it. The updated styling and physical buttons are definitely a plus.

Initially went on line and purchased from PlayStation site,but was scammed. Luckily I used PayPal and got my money back I decided to buy from us store and I am happy with my purchase.

Nice graphic fun to play. Wish it had downloadable apps for movies but hey it has blue ray.

Bought 2 of these. One for my 12 year old daughter and 14 year old son. Was hoping to get a PS5 for them but they are just as happy. Plan on upgrading as soon as we can get a PS5.

This console was a breeze to set up. I enjoy its slim profile and it fits in well in my entertainment center. There are some great exclusives on playstation. This console is very quiet even while playing games.

While I may be late, it is never too late to start playing PS4. Console itself is great for everyday gaming, unless PS4 Pro is needed for those who are more into detailed gaming. Good exclusives that are available to the PS4.

Active gamer for several years but not so much in the past 10 years. I bought a PS4 because a new game came out that was only available on that platform. What a pleasant surprise how improved this PS4 is! Good investment.

The system is fun to play with friends and family. Easy to set up and get started.

Amazing machine. The slim model is compact than I imagined. So much power packed in such small body. The device doesn't heat up or make any noise. Perfectly fits in my TV cabinet. Awesome HDR capabilities. Great value for prize.

The PS4 will go down in history as the system that won the great console war of 2013. I have a PS4 Pro but my wife wanted one too so she picked this one. She’s happy as well.

I was hesitant to get a PlayStation over an Xbox just because most of my friends do Xbox live, but I took the store workers' word for it and went with PlayStation. Great recommendation. My boyfriend and I love it, and works great.

As advertised. Bummed it's not backwards compatible but probably should have researched before I bought it. Great deal on Black Friday.

The playstation is as should be, and it arrived at the store on time. I only wish they wouldn't have so many exceptions when sending out offers. For example I received a 10% off promo, however it was not eligible for gaming systems or accessories, that's the only thing I buy, so basically it feels a level of discrimination towards my choices as a customer. Got a second PS4 with my stimulus check so that my wife and I could game together. I love the form factor on the redesigned units and it's great to have the extra storage.

My wife and I purchased this as a replacement for our son's previous PS4. The newer slim design and lighter weight is a great improvement and makes traveling with the unit much more convenient. Very pleased!

My son received his PlayStation 4 for his birthday and we can’t keep him off of it. The color and graphics are great. They have a variety of games some of which are very reasonably priced.

Mine lasted about 3 years. Otherwise have not had any issues.

Bought for Family member who plays games on line with friends. The original unit could not be repaired but the maintenance plan paid for the new unit. Great investment on the maintenance plan. Purchased one for the new unit too.

I’ve been an Xbox user for many years but just recently purchased my first PlayStation for a specific game. The visuals are so clear and I really enjoy the interaction with the controller.
